Blaze Hanging Light Box 1010

Product Overview

The Blaze Hanging Light Box 1010 is a double-sided, 10-foot wide by 10-foot high illuminated display unit. It features a durable 6-inch deep aluminum frame available in Silver, White, or Black finishes. Perimeter, interior LED light bars are pre-attached to the frame, providing illumination and eliminating the need for separate power supplies within the frame, which helps minimize shadowing and simplifies cord management.

Two types of backlit graphic materials are offered: Backlit Textile, an 8 oz. tightly woven, slightly stretchy, foldable, and washable fabric suitable for multiple uses; and Intensity, a 6.5 oz. material with a smooth, coated finish that utilizes UV printing for vibrant, double-struck ink graphics.

PHILLIPS SCREW DRIVER (NOT INCLUDED) - A standard Phillips head screwdriver.
1/2" WRENCH (NOT INCLUDED) - A standard open-ended wrench.

How to Apply & Remove Graphics

Installation and removal of SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) graphics is designed to be straightforward.

Installation

Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (indicated by numbers 1-4 in diagrams) with your thumb. Then, push the SEG bead into the middle sections of the frame's perimeter (indicated by numbers 5-8) and work your way around the entire perimeter. Ensure all beading is pushed securely into the extrusion profile. If necessary, go around the perimeter again to confirm the beading is fully seated.

Note: Keep the setup area clean by using a drop cloth and washing hands before setup or wearing gloves.

Removal

To remove the graphic, locate the pull tab on the graphic and gently pull the graphic from the frame, working around the perimeter.

Graphics Storage & Care

Graphics should be folded with the graphic facing inward and stored in a zip-lock or sealable plastic bag. For spot cleaning, wipe with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercial-size front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle with cool water. Line dry flat. Dry cleaning is not recommended to prevent shrinkage.

LED Lights Information

Note: A maximum of 20 LED fixtures can be connected in a line.

The LED light bars are integrated into the frame. Power is supplied via a Y-connector, with the power cable fed through a grommet hole. Light bars connect end-to-end. A critical warning indicates: DO NOT CONNECT LIGHTS AT THIS CORNER.

Frame Assembly

The frame is constructed by connecting various aluminum extrusion pieces using specialized connectors and hardware. The process involves assembling the main rectangular frame structure using the provided extrusions (e.g., 1524mm and 1492mm lengths), CB10 90 Degree Connectors, and Joiner Bars. Blaze U-Bolt Hanging Assemblies, Oval Threaded Connectors, and hanging structure cable are used for mounting. Spreader Brackets and Internal Brackets are incorporated for structural support and to house components. The diagrams visually guide the connection of these parts to form the 10'x10' frame.

Adding Graphics

To install the graphics:

Align the graphic's silicone beading with the frame's extrusion channel.
Press the corners of the beading into the frame's corners.
Then, press the beading along the entire perimeter edge, working your way around the frame until the graphic is fully seated and secure.

Pull tabs are located on the graphic for assistance during installation and removal.
