TROUBLESHOOTING
Guided Setup Issues:
- No Picture: Ensure TV and connected devices are powered on and plugged into working outlets. Verify the power cable is connected.
- Wireless Network Connection Failure: Confirm the correct network name (SSID) is selected and the password is entered accurately (case-sensitive). Try repositioning the wireless router for a better signal.
- No Sound: Check that TV volume is up and not muted. Disconnect external audio devices to test TV speakers only.
- Remote Control Not Working: Remove obstructions between the remote and the TV's sensor. Try fresh batteries. If the TV's status light flashes once per button press, the remote is likely functional, and the issue may be with the TV. Unplug and replug the TV.
