Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach bars (D) to the inside of the back/front panels (A). Use 6 screws (L) and 3 support plates (T) per panel. [Diagram: ➡️ Attach bars (D) to panel (A) using screws (L) and plates (T)].

Step 2

Secure panel A further by attaching 3 support plates (T) using 3 screws (L). [Diagram: Additional support plates (T) and screws (L) attached to panel (A)].

Step 3

Attach one hinge (F) to panel A using 1 screw (L). [Diagram: Hinge (F) attached to panel (A) with screw (L)].

Step 4

Attach a bar (D) to the inside of the top panel (K). [Diagram: Bar (D) attached to panel (K)].

Step 5

Secure the top panel (K) by attaching 4 support plates (T) using 8 screws (L). [Diagram: Support plates (T) and screws (L) attached to panel (K)].

Step 6

Attach brackets (E) and latch A (G) to the top panel (K) using 1 screw (L) for each bracket and 1 screw (L) for latch A. [Diagram: Brackets (E) and latch A (G) attached to panel (K)].

Step 7

Connect the two side panels (C) to the bottom panel (B). The panels should slide and click into place. [Diagram: Side panels (C) attaching to bottom panel (B)].

Step 8

Attach the assembled sides and bottom unit to the back/front panels (A). Ensure all connections are secure. [Diagram: Assembled box structure connected to base and sides].

Step 9

Attach the top panel (K) to the assembled box using 12 screws (L). [Diagram: Lid (K) attached to box body with screws (L)].

Step 10

Attach the hinges (F) to the lid and the box body using 16 screws (L) in total (2 hinges x 8 screws each). [Diagram: Hinges (F) attached to lid and box].

Step 11

Assembly is complete. The 76 Gallon Deck Box is ready for use. [Diagram: Fully assembled deck box].
