Activation Options
You have two convenient options to activate your Jitterbug Smart 3:
- Online Activation: Visit lively.com/activate to select your plan and activate your phone. This option has a discounted activation charge of $25.
- Phone Call Activation: Connect with a live agent to activate your phone.
Phone Number Transfer
You can transfer your existing cell or home phone number to your new Jitterbug Smart 3 at no additional cost, provided the number is still available. To ensure a smooth transfer, please complete the Phone Number Transfer Worksheet before calling.
IMPORTANT: Do not cancel your previous phone service until the number transfer is successfully completed.
Phone Number Transfer Worksheet Details:
- Name of account holder
- Phone number you wish to transfer
- Service provider name
- Account number
- Account password or PIN
- Last 4 digits of account holder's SSN
- Billing address on account
Estimated Transfer Times:
- Cell phone transfers typically take 1-3 business days.
- Home phone transfers typically take 5-7 business days.
