2025 Fossil Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Fossil Partners, L.P., located at 901 S. Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes runs from August 1, 2025, 12:00 a.m. CT to August 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. CT. The Sponsor's computer serves as the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open to U.S. residents (excluding Rhode Island) aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fossil Partners, L.P., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, along with their immediate family members and household members, are ineligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required.

4. How to Enter

Entrants can enter by:

• Following a link in an emailed invitation to complete the FOSSIL Survey.
• Mailing a 3x5 postcard with name, address, telephone number, and email address to: Fossil Partners, L.P., Attention: 2025 FOSSIL SURVEY Sweepstakes Entry, 901 S. Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas 75080. Postcards must be received by August 31, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person. The Sponsor is not liable for lost or undelivered submissions. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entries generated by automated means or that subvert the entry process are void. Attempting to gain multiple entries through different accounts or identities will void all entries.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries deemed obscene, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with its standards or applicable law.

Information provided by entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize

A maximum of five (5) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one prize:

• Fossil Machine Three-Hand Date Brown Leather Watch (SKU FS6085), approximate retail value $160 USD.
• Fossil Raquel Three-Hand Date Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Watch (SKU ES5220), approximate retail value $195 USD.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $975 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" without warranty. The Sponsor covers shipment, but winners must provide a valid shipping address within three (3) days of request. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified. Prizes are contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor cannot predict the exact number of participants.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries at the end of the Promotion Period and announced around September 15, 2025. If a winning entry is invalid or the entrant fails to comply with the rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.

8. Verification of Winners

Winners may be required to provide an Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS Form W-9, Release of Liability/Publicity, or other requested documentation within three (3) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not meeting requirements, late, forged, lost, misdirected, or tampered entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and applicable laws. Entrants release the Sponsor and its entities from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use, including property loss, personal injury, or death. This includes errors in promotional materials, prize defects, or issues beyond the Sponsor's control.

Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor provides no warranties on prizes, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

10. Acceptance

Acceptance of a prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner's name and statements for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Rights of the Sponsor

The Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules as necessary. The Sponsor can disqualify participants who intentionally violate the rules or act in a disruptive manner.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Fossil Group online privacy policy available at https://www.fossilgroup.com/privacy-policy/. Communications sent to the Sponsor are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any legal claims must be brought in the federal, state, or local courts located in Dallas, Texas.

14. License

Entries grant the Sponsor an unlimited license to use, alter, or amend the entry in any form or manner, subject to the privacy policy. Entrants waive moral rights. All comments, feedback, and submissions become the Sponsor's property, with all intellectual property rights assigned to the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not obligated to maintain confidentiality, pay compensation, or respond to comments. Entrants are responsible for the content of their submissions, ensuring they are not libelous, unlawful, abusive, or obscene.

15. Winners List

A list of winners' names will be available after September 15, 2025. To request the list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner's List, 2025 Fossil Survey Sweepstakes, 901 S. Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas 75080 USA, or email legal@fossil.com. Requests must be received by September 30, 2025.
