Overview

This document provides the user manual for the Haylou-T17 True Wireless Earbuds.

Dimensions noted on layout: 55 mm, 37 mm.

Diagrams illustrate the earbuds and charging case, detailing components like MIC, LED, Touch Panel, Pogo Pins, and Type-C port.

How to Wear

Please adjust the earbud to fit yourself best for optimal comfort and sound.

How to Charge

Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge. The LED on the earbud will glow with a breathing white light while charging and turn off when fully charged.

The charging case can be charged via a USB cable or wireless charging. The case LED glows solid red during charging and turns white when fully charged. A low battery warning is indicated by the case LED blinking red when the battery level is below 20%.

Power Operations

Power-on

Open the charging case lid to power on the earbuds.

Power-off

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case to power them off.
2. Earbuds will automatically power off if no connection is established for over 5 minutes.

How to Connect

1. Auto Pairing

Remove both earbuds from the charging case. On your phone, search for "Haylou-T17_R" or "Haylou-T17_L" and tap to connect. A prompt will appear on your phone to connect to the other earbud; tap to confirm.

If the earbuds fail to connect, return them to the case and try again. After successful connection, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on (ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device).

Note: Earbuds are initialized at the factory before shipping.

2. How to Link with APP

1. Scan the QR code provided on the package or below to download and install the Haylou APP.
2. Alternatively, download and install the app from your device's app market.
3. For the first-time connection, open the charging case lid with the earbuds inside and ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled.
4. Open the Haylou APP, tap "Adding Device," and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.

Notes:

• If the instructions within the APP differ from these steps, please follow the APP's guidance.
• Ensure the earbuds and case have sufficient battery charge and that Bluetooth remains enabled.
• For persistent connectivity issues, repeat steps 3 and 4. If the problem persists, reset the earbuds to factory settings.
• Currently, iOS systems do not support the pairing animation feature.

Functions

Factory Setting

1. Charge the earbuds and open the charging case lid.
2. Tap the touch button on the case four times. The LED will blink red and white for 3 seconds, then close the lid.
3. Remove the earbuds' connectivity records from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
4. Power on the earbuds and re-connect them to your device.

Troubleshooting

One of the Earbuds Mute

If one earbud is not functioning, reset both earbuds to factory settings, remove their connectivity records from your phone, and then re-connect them.

Other Charging Problems

• White LED turns off after 30s: Indicates that the earbuds have been fully charged.
• Earbuds fail to be charged: Check the current battery status of the charging case.
• LED does not turn on when charging the case: The charging case is already fully charged, so the indicator light does not illuminate.

Warning

• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product for any reason, as this may lead to fire or complete product destruction.
• Do not expose the product to environments with extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
• Keep the LED indicators away from the eyes of children and animals during use.
• Do not use this product during thunderstorms, as they may cause malfunctions or increase the risk of electric shocks.
• Do not wipe or clean the earphones or their case with alcohol or other volatile liquids.
• Avoid any contact with liquids.

Note

• Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the product and store it properly.
• For first-time use, please fully charge the product.
• If the product has not been used for over two weeks, please charge it.
• Use only certified chargers.
• To protect your hearing, do not wear earphones for extended periods.
• Do not wear earphones in situations with potential risks, as doing so may reduce your perception of the outside world.

Daily Maintenance

Do not shower with earbuds. Do not wear them in the rain. Do not expose them to washing machines or other extreme conditions. Clean them with a dry cloth.

Warranty Information

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase. Please inquire with your local retailer for more details.

Free Service: If any defects caused by quality issues occur within the warranty period, please present this warranty card and proof of purchase to your distributor for free exchange service.

Free exchange service will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly.
• Defects or physical damages caused by leaking or dropping.
• Damages due to acts of God.

For any damages or defects not covered by the above conditions, please return the product to us or your distributor for free repair.
