Installation Instructions
This manual provides instructions for installing the WB-PA3 Wind Baffle. Please read thoroughly before installation.
WARNING! MOVING PARTS. INCORRECT HANDLING COULD LEAD TO DEATH OR INJURY!
IMPORTANT! Outdoor Unit should be installed with the back coil surface facing a wall or oriented so the wind does NOT blow directly onto the back coil surface. Do not install this product where there is any obstacle at either side or above the outdoor unit. If the discharge air is obstructed, the air may be short cycled.
Installation Steps
- Position the wind baffle over the fan guard and align it with the pre-punched holes. It is recommended to install the lower wind baffle first to ease the overall installation.
- Insert the provided self-tapping screws into the top holes first.
- Install the remaining screws and tighten all 4 screws securely. Repeat this process for all baffles.
ENSURE BAFFLE OUTLETS WILL NOT BE BLOCKED OR OBSTRUCTED!
