Introduction

This 10 Litre household Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil for healthier cooking. If a little oil is required for extra browning, use a moderate amount of spray type cooking oil.

WARNING!

  • DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a fire and scalding hazard.
  • DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with water as this will cause a scalding hazard and may damage the Air Fryer.
  • DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
  • DO NOT cook soups or other liquids in the Air Fryer as this is a scalding hazard and may damage the Air Fryer.

Before First Use

  • Remove all packing materials and discard responsibly.
  • Ensure all parts are present.
  • Clean your Air Fryer before first and every use with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Wash the Drawer (2), Trivet (5), and Divider (6) in warm soapy water. Remove silicone covers before cleaning and replace once dried.
  • Do not remove silicone covers during use as they hold the Trivet in place.
  • A slight smoke and odour may be noticed during the first use; this is normal.

Operation

Control Panel Functions

Power On/Off Button (8): Illuminates red when plugged in. Press to turn on (green light), or off. The unit enters standby mode after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Match Setting Control (19): Links temperature and time settings for both drawers. Use with the Divider (6) removed for the whole drawer.

Left & Right LED Displays (10 & 11): Show set temperature and remaining cooking time.

Drawer Lights (7 & 14): Illuminate each side of the drawer for 2 minutes.

Start/Pause Button (13): Starts or pauses cooking.

Temperature Setting Buttons (12 & 17): Adjust temperature in 5°C increments. Press and hold for fast cycling (80°C-200°C, except Dried Fruit 40°C-80°C).

Drawer Control Buttons (18 & 21): Select left or right drawer for settings.

Cooking Presets (16): Select from 8 pre-set programs. Time and temperature are set automatically. Can be overridden manually.

Shake Setting Control (23): Reminds you to shake or turn food for even cooking. Activated 2/3rds through cooking for specific presets (e.g., Chips, Steak). Press again to cancel.

Time Setting Buttons (9 & 22): Adjust cooking time in 1-minute increments (or 1 hour for Dried Fruit). Press and hold for fast cycling (1-60 minutes, or 1H-24H for Dried Fruit).

Sync Finish (20): Ensures both drawers finish cooking simultaneously. The drawer with the shorter time will display "Hold" while the other cooks.

Instructions for Use:
  1. Place the air fryer on a solid, level, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert the mains plug into a socket.
  3. Remove the Drawer (2). Ensure the Trivet (5) with its silicone cover is fitted correctly.
  4. Slide the Drawer (2) back into the air fryer, ensuring it is fully home. The unit will not function if the drawer is not fully inserted.
  5. WARNING! Take care when handling the hot drawer; use oven gloves.
  6. Carefully remove the Drawer (2). The air fryer can be used with both sides or as one whole drawer. Use the Divider (6) if cooking separately.
  7. Place food into the Drawer (2), ensuring adequate space for air circulation. Do not overfill.
  8. Insert the Drawer (2) fully back into the air fryer.
  9. Press the Power On/Off (8) button, then select the desired drawer using the Drawer Control Buttons (18 or 21).
  10. Select a Cooking Pre-Set using the Menu (16) button, or manually set temperature and time using buttons (12, 17, 9, 22).
  11. Use Match Setting Control (19) to link settings between drawers if desired.
  12. Use Sync Finish (20) if different cooking times are set for each drawer.
  13. Press the Start/Pause (13) button to begin cooking.
  14. At the end of cooking, displays show "End", and the fan cools the unit. The unit will beep 5 times when the drawer can be removed.
  15. Remove the Drawer (2) and serve. Place on a heat-proof surface if needed.

  • Allow the unit to cool before storage.
  • Keep away from flammable materials or high-pressure containers.
  • Intended for household use only.
  • DO NOT use unauthorized accessories.
  • DO NOT push objects into openings.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation; keep away from cupboards, curtains, etc. Leave at least 10cm clearance on back/sides and above.
  • DO NOT place anything on top of the appliance.
  • Never place on an electric, gas, or other hob.
  • WARNING! Do not move the air fryer when hot. Turn off, disconnect, and cool sufficiently.
  • WARNING! Hot steam may be released. Risk of scalding!
  • WARNING! Always carry with both hands and use oven gloves. Burn hazard!

Additional Safety Information:

  • Ensure the Air Fryer is used in an open, well-ventilated area away from obstructions.
  • DO NOT use near combustible materials (plastics, curtains, cupboards).
  • DO NOT place against a wall or other appliances; maintain 10cm clearance.
  • DO NOT place anything on top of the appliance.

The diagram shows the rear of the air fryer and air vent outlets. Keep these areas clear of obstructions.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the Air Fryer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
  • DO NOT clean any part in a dishwasher.
  • DO NOT submerge the main body, cable, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Wipe excess oil from drawers and trivets with kitchen roll.
  • Wipe the main body with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Drawers and Trivets can be washed in warm soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Remove silicone covers before washing.
  • DO NOT remove silicone covers when ready for use.
  • Never clean with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
  • Allow the product to dry thoroughly before re-use.

Troubleshooting Guide

Non-Rewireable Mains Plug: If the plug needs replacing, use an ASTA approved one (BS 1362). Never use a plug with the fuse cover missing. Consult a qualified electrician if in doubt. Recipes

1. Irish Potato Nachos

Crispy potatoes covered with corned beef, cheese, bacon bits, green onions.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: 20 Minutes, Total: 25 Minutes

Ingredients: Russet Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Corned Beef, Bacon Bits, Green Onions.

  • Slice potatoes thinly (approx. 3/8-inch).
  • Toss slices with vegetable oil and salt.
  • Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes until crispy on top. Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Place slices on foil in the trivet. Cover with corned beef and cheese. Air fry at 175°C for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Sprinkle with bacon bits and green onions. Serve.

2. Golden Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Chicken wings (500g), Garlic (x2), Ginger powder (2 tsp), Cumin powder (1 tsp), Black pepper powder (1 tsp), Sweet chili sauce (100 mg).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
  • Mix garlic, ginger, cumin, pepper, and salt. Coat chicken wings and let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Place wings in the fryer drawer. Set time for 15-20 minutes and temperature for 200°C.

3. Fried Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients: Chicken nuggets (500g), Eggs (x3), Flour (1 cup), Olive oil (1 spoon), White pepper powder (1 tsp).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
  • Stir eggs, flour, olive oil, white pepper, and salt. Coat chicken nuggets and let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Place nuggets in the fryer drawer. Set time for 15-20 minutes and temperature for 200°C.

4. Fried Squid

Ingredients: Squid (Frozen) (500g), Oil (2 tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Cumin powder (1 tsp), Chicken powder (1 tsp), Pepper powder (1 tsp).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
  • Stir seasoning, coat squid, and let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Place squid in the fryer drawer. Set temperature for 200°C and time for 12-15 minutes.

5. Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients: Prawns (thawed) (x10), Oil (2 tsp), Garlic (finely chopped) (x1), Black pepper (1 tsp), Chili powder (1 tsp), Sweet chili sauce (100mg).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Rinse prawns.
  • Apply oil to prawns. Place in fryer drawer. Set temperature for 200°C and time for 5-8 minutes.

6. Air Fryer Loaf

Ingredients: Active dry yeast (2¼ tsp), Warm water (4 tbsp), Flour (400g), Sugar (2 tbsp), Salt (1½ tsp), Milk (85g), Unsalted butter (2 tbsp), 1 large egg (whisked).

  • Activate yeast in warm water (3-5 mins).
  • Add flour, sugar, milk, butter, salt. Fold gently.
  • Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, shape into a ball.
  • Place dough in air fryer basket (covered with cling film/kitchen roll). Let rest until doubled (approx. 30 mins). Remove covering.
  • Brush top with egg.
  • Set temperature to 160°C and time for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Do not shake drawer during baking.

7. Asian Spicy Fries

Ingredients: Potatoes (x4 / 600g), Oil (2 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Pepper powder (1 tsp), Shallot powder (1 tsp), Red chili powder (½ tsp).

  • Peel potatoes and cut into strips.
  • Soak strips in salt water for 20 mins, then dry with kitchen paper.
  • Mix shallot, salt, pepper, garlic powder/oil, red chili powder. Stir into potato strips.
  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  • Place strips in fryer drawer. Set timer for 15-20 minutes. Turn fries midway for best results.
