Midea SmartHome Washing Machine Setup Guide

Download the SmartHome App, create an account, and log in.

Connect your smartphone to your home wireless network (Wi-Fi).

Turn on Bluetooth ? and Location Services ? on your smartphone.

Power on the washing machine.

Turn the washing machine knob to select any program.

Open the SmartHome App.

In the SmartHome app, select 'Add device' > 'Midea' > 'Washing Machine' > choose your model (e.g., MFL80D14T).

Select your home Wi-Fi network for the washer. Use a 2.4GHz network.

On the washing machine panel, long press the [AP mode button] until the display shows 'AP'.

On your smartphone, go to 'Settings' > 'Wi-Fi'. Connect to the washer's network (e.g., midea_db_xxxx). Enter the password if prompted. Return to the SmartHome app.

The [Wi-Fi icon] ? on the washing machine display will light up, confirming connection.

Long press the [Wi-Fi icon button] on the panel until the display's [Wi-Fi icon] ? lights up to activate remote control.
