SANSUI Warranty

Warranty Conditions

SANSUI warrants products for 12 months from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  1. The warranty period begins with the date of delivery of the product as originally purchased by the customer from the seller.
  2. In the event of defects caused by manufacturing in material and workmanship, or malfunction during the 12-month warranty period under normal use and conditions, and in compliance with local law.
  3. In the event of a product defect, contact the nearest authorized service center (a list is available at www.sansui-corp.com) or report a problem via the hotline listed on the website.
  4. Defects disclosed during the warranty period will be serviced free of charge by an authorized service center through repair, replacement of parts or components, or exchange.
  5. SANSUI is not responsible for any data loss during the repair procedure, as repair and verification procedures for certain components may result in the cancellation of data and programs in the product's memory. Saving data and programs contained in the product is necessary.
  6. After the product is repaired or replaced, only the remaining warranty period will be applied.
  7. After charged service, especially for out-of-warranty service, a 30-day warranty will be provided from the date of receiving the product after service.
