Product Line Graph & Specifications

The product line graph illustrates the articulation and reach of the monitor arm. It indicates a maximum reach of 1010mm (39.8 inches) and arm segment lengths ranging from 105mm to 400mm (4.1 to 15.7 inches). The arm offers extensive movement: 360° rotation at the base, 180° swivel at the arm joint, and 360° rotation at the monitor plate. Tilt adjustments are +90° / -85° at the arm and +/- 45° at the monitor plate.

The package includes the following components:

Hardware Included

Step 1: Install the Base Mount

Choose either Desk Clamp Installation or Grommet Installation.

Desk Clamp Installation

Description: This process attaches the monitor arm base to the edge of a desk using the desk clamp. Ensure the desk thickness is no more than 60mm.

Procedure:

1. Place the desk clamp base onto the edge of the desk.
2. Insert screws (part C, M6x12) through the clamp mechanism and into the base.
3. Use washers (part B, S=4mm) with the screws.
4. Tighten the screws using the provided Allen key (part B, S=4mm).

Grommet Installation

Description: This method installs the mount through a pre-drilled hole in the desk. Ensure the desk thickness is no more than 60mm.

Procedure:

1. Insert the grommet mount through the desk hole.
2. From underneath the desk, align the mount with the hole.
3. Secure the mount using screws (part C, M6x12) and washers (part B, S=4mm).
4. Tighten the screws using the provided Allen key (part B, S=4mm).

Warning: Please make sure the desktop is strong enough to hold a maximum of 30 kgs.

Step 2: Attach Monitor Arms to Base

Note: Adjust the clamp's default holes if your desktop thickness is between 60-100 mm.

Description: This step involves connecting the monitor arm segments to the base assembly.

Procedure:

1. Install the lower arm onto the base, securing it with screws and washers (part B, S=4mm).
2. Insert the gas spring arm above the lower arm, also securing it with screws and washers (part B, S=4mm).

Step 3: Attach VESA Plate to Monitor

Description: This step secures the VESA mounting plate to the back of your monitor.

Procedure: Align the VESA plate with the mounting holes on the back of your monitor. Use the appropriate screws and washers from Hardware Set A, as indicated below, to secure the plate.

• Option 1: Use M4x12 screws (A) and S=4mm washers (B).
• Option 2: Use M4x30 screws (A) and S=4mm washers (B).
• Option 3: Use M4x35 screws (A) and S=4mm washers (B).
• Option 4: Use 12x5.8x16 screws (A) and S=4mm washers (B).

Step 4: Adjust Height Tension

Description: Adjust the tension of the gas spring arm to support the weight of your monitor, ensuring smooth and stable positioning.

Procedure: Use a hex wrench (part B, S=5mm) to adjust the tension screw on the arm joint.

• Turn clockwise to reduce tension (for lighter monitors).
• Turn counter-clockwise to increase tension (for heavier monitors).

Note: For easier adjustment, press the arm down to a horizontal position before making tension changes.

Step 5: Adjust Tilt Damping & Cable Management

Description: Fine-tune the tilt resistance and manage cables for a clean setup.

Adjusting Tilt Damping: Use a hex wrench (part B, S=5mm) to adjust the damping screw on the tilt mechanism.

• Turn counter-clockwise to reduce damping (less resistance).
• Turn clockwise to increase damping (more resistance).

Cable Management: Insert cables into the provided cable covers along the arm. Ensure enough slack is left at the arm joints to allow for full range of motion and adjustment.

Final Adjustments & Notes

Once installation is complete, tension adjustments may be necessary. Ensure all equipment is properly installed before adjusting tension. If you add or remove equipment, which changes the mounted load's weight, repeat these adjustment steps to ensure safe and optimal operation.

Adjustments should be smooth and stay in the desired position. If adjustments are difficult or the arm does not stay in place, follow the instructions to loosen or tighten the tension to achieve smooth, easy movement.
