Operation

Basic Distance Measurement
- Press the ON/MEAS button to turn on the device. The laser aperture will emit a beam.
- Press the ON/MEAS button again to take a measurement. The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Press the OFF button to turn off the device.
Area Measurement
To measure area, follow these steps:
- Press the AREA/VOLUME button once to select area mode. The area icon will appear on the display.
- Press the ON/MEAS button to measure the first dimension (e.g., length).
- Press the ON/MEAS button again to measure the second dimension (e.g., width).
- The calculated area will be displayed.
Volume Measurement
To measure volume, follow these steps:
- Press the AREA/VOLUME button twice to select volume mode. The volume icon will appear on the display.
- Press the ON/MEAS button to measure the first dimension (e.g., length).
- Press the ON/MEAS button again to measure the second dimension (e.g., width).
- Press the ON/MEAS button a third time to measure the third dimension (e.g., height).
- The calculated volume will be displayed.
Unit Selection
To change the measurement unit (e.g., meters, feet), press and hold the UNIT button for a few seconds until the desired unit is displayed.
