Download the EVSE Master App
To manage your Ocular LTE Plus charger, download the EVSE Master app from the App Store or Google Play.
Links to download the app are available via QR codes in the original document.

Section 1: How to Charge - LTE Plus
A video overview of the EVSE Master app and how to start charging is available.
1. Connect Your Charger and App
After installation, launch the EVSE Master app. Use the 'Connect' button to connect to your charger. You may need to enable Bluetooth on your phone. Select your charger from the list of available nearby chargers.
2. Start a Charging Session
Plug the charging cable into your car. You can start charging via the app or the button on the charger.
Using the App:
- Open the app and navigate to general settings via the ⚙️ button in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Ensure the "start charging by button" toggle is switched OFF.
- Navigate back to the home charging page.
- Plug the charging cable into the car.
- Press the start charging session button.
Note: As this is a Bluetooth charger, you must be in the vicinity of the charger to start/stop the charging session via the app.
Using the Charger Button:
- Open the app and navigate to general settings via the ⚙️ button in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Ensure the "start charging by button" toggle is switched ON.
- Plug the charging cable into the car.
- Press the silver button on the side of the charger.
If your charger is not providing the maximum charging speed, your current limit may be set too low. You can adjust this via the app's charging page slider (up to 32A) or by cycling through settings using the button on the charger (when not plugged in). If an electrician set a hard limit, your maximum current limit may be less than 32 Amps.
3. Stop a Charging Session
Using the App:
If you started charging with the app, stop it by pressing the stop charging button on the home charging page.
Note: As this is a Bluetooth charger, you must be in the vicinity of the charger to start/stop the charging session via the app.
Using the Charger Button:
If you started charging with the silver button on the charger, press the button again to stop charging.
Section 2: Schedule and Delayed Charging
Delay Charging
- Press "Custom Charge" on the home page.
- Select the "Single Charging" tab.
- Use the first slider to set the delay start time (up to 24 hours).
- Use the second slider to determine the duration by choosing the stop time.
- Use the last slider to set a specific amount of kWh; the charger will stop once the car receives this amount of power.
Schedule Charging
- Select the "Repeated Charging" tab under the custom charge menu.
- Choose your start and stop times to see the total charging duration.
- Select the days you want this schedule to repeat.
- The charging session will start and stop according to this schedule.
Note: You must be plugged in before the start of the schedule.
Section 3: Reports and Statistics
Access the "Records and Statistics" page to view charging data.
- My Records tab: Displays records of charging sessions initiated from your phone.
- All Records tab: Shows all charging records stored in the charger.
- Refresh button: Synchronizes charging records to your phone.
- Statistics tab: Provides graphs of charging duration and carbon emissions.

Warranty
This charging station is subject to stringent quality inspections. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase of your accessory.
Incorrect handling, fair wear and tear, misuse, misrepair, or neglect by the user, resulting in direct damage or failure, is not covered by the warranty.

Installation Guide
Step | Description |

1 | Place the reference paper on the wall. Drill the holes according to the markings on the reference paper. |
2 | Hammer the 30mm plastic bolts into the drilled holes. Take down the reference paper from the wall. |
3 | Fix the mounting plate to the wall using the 30mm screws. |
4 | Embed the charger station into the wall plate. Use the connector clip to connect the base plate to the charger. |
5 | Install the isolation switch. The charger, holder, and isolator should look like this after installation. Install the hook and holder near the charger. |
6 | Peel off the plastic protector from the charger. |

Ocular LTE Plus Overview

It is the installer's responsibility to provide and install a suitable RCBO, cabling, and isolator switch to complete the installation. The following accessories are typically included:

Product Overview
The Ocular LTE Plus charger features:
- Display Screen: Shows charging status and information.
- LED: Indicates charger status.
- Charging Plug: Connects to the electric vehicle.
LED Status Indicators:
- When charging: Displays Start/Stop information.
- While standby: Indicates the Current adjuster button is active.

- EV AC Charger - Start-up screen: Displays initial information.
- EV Charger - Connect the Charging Connector: Indicates the charger is ready to connect to the car.
- EV Charger - Press The Button: Prompt to start charging from the app or button.
- EV Charger - Start charging from App or Button: Action to initiate charging.
- EV Charger - WAITING: Shows the charger is preparing for charging.
- EV Charger - Charging process is starting: Indicates the charging session has begun.
- EV Charger - Data displayed during the charging process: Shows real-time power, live wire data (L1, L2, L3 voltage/current), charging time, power consumption (kWh), and PCB temperature.
- EV Charger - Charging has stopped and car can be unplugged: Indicates the charging session is complete.
- EV Charger - Possible fault warning: Displays fault types such as Emergency stop, Over Current, Over Temperature, Leakage protection, or Short Current.
LED Status:
- Idle: Off
- Connected: Continuous light
- Charging: Rolling light
- Finished: Continuous light
- Error: Red flashing light
Note: The Ocular LTE Plus will automatically restart for minor problems. For serious failures, the system cannot recover automatically and will initiate a 10-second countdown to restart.
Safety Warning
Failure to follow instructions may result in danger!
- Regularly check the charging station for visible damage.
- Ensure all safety facilities are available and tested regularly.
- If a ground fault occurs, assume the cable carries voltage. Isolate the charger from power via a circuit breaker or isolator before inspection.
- Installers and users must obey safety principles and regulations.
- Confirm the device is properly grounded before powering on to avoid accidents.
- Insulate all exposed metal parts of tools to prevent short circuits.
- Do not modify or retrofit any part of the device.
- Maintain a clean operating environment with stable temperature and humidity. Do not use in flammable environments or near volatile gases.
- Confirm input voltage, frequency, circuit breakers, and other conditions meet device specifications before powering on.
Maintenance
The Ocular LTE Plus is recommended for residential applications. Use in commercial applications may void the warranty.
The product should be operated within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +55°C and relative humidity not exceeding 95%. The air should be free from acids, alkalis, or other corrosive and explosive gases.
Ocular Charging Stations undergo stringent quality inspections. Any quality issues can be reported to the dealer within two years of purchase.
Direct damage or malfunction caused by neglect, incorrect use, installation, usage, user repair, or natural damage is not covered by the warranty.
