To strengthen our team in the Professional business division, we are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to fill a full-time position as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Field Service Professional for the postal code region "0" with the sales areas Leipzig, Halle, Jena, Chemnitz, and Dresden, as part of an age-related succession plan.

What awaits you!

• Professional B2B sales of climbing systems and special solutions (e.g., work platforms, machine access, roof working stands) in industry and trade (PVH).
• Strategic and operational support of your sales territory.
• Territory management in collaboration with a competent inside sales team.
• Translating customer requirements into standard sales products and services. Furthermore, you will conceptualize customer-specific project solutions in cooperation and coordination with your technical support.
• Increasing sales with existing customers and targeted acquisition of new customers.
• Regional implementation of sales concepts in cooperation with the entire sales team and other company divisions.
• Representing the KRAUSE brand on-site with the customer and at trade fairs.
• Continuous market observation and competitor analysis.
• Independent execution of sales discussions, including price negotiations.
• Interface management and collaboration with the Marketing, Technical, and Inside Sales departments.

What you bring!

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship/studies.
• Ideally, several years of experience in technical sales.
• Strong technical understanding to provide expert advice to customers and offer individual solutions.
• High customer and service orientation as well as negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for our products and services.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and SAP.
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory and occasionally beyond.
• Residing in the vicinity of Dresden, Leipzig, Halle, or Chemnitz.
• Driver's license class B.
