CMT2300A: Ultra-Low Power Sub-1GHz RF Transceiver

The CMOSTEK CMT2300A is a highly integrated, ultra-low power, high-performance RF transceiver designed for various Sub-1GHz wireless applications. It supports OOK, (G)FSK, and (G)MSK modulation schemes, operating across a wide frequency range from 127 MHz to 1020 MHz.
