Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference. Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances.
General Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions before using this appliance. Failure to follow warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Usage Restrictions:
- This product should not be used by children under 8 years old or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience/knowledge, unless supervised by a parent or guardian to ensure safe operation and prevent hazards. Children should not clean or perform maintenance without supervision.
- The plastic packaging can be a suffocation hazard; keep it away from children.
- Do not allow children to play with the device.
- Use indoors only on carpet-free floor surfaces such as vinyl, tile, and wood. Avoid stepping on loose objects or carpet edges, as this may cause the brush roller to stop and the belt to fail prematurely.
- Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
- Do not expose the device to fire or excessive heat, as this may cause an explosion.
- Do not use in environments with extreme temperatures (below 5°C/41°F or above 40°C/104°F). Charge the device between 5°C/41°F and 40°C/104°F.
- Do not immerse the device in liquids.
- Do not use to clean flammable or combustible materials like gasoline. Do not use in areas where flammable liquids may be present.
- Keep vents clear of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may cause blockage.
- Do not insert anything into the openings.
- Do not pick up toxic substances (e.g., bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner), sharp objects (e.g., glass, nails, screws, coins), or hot items (e.g., cigarettes, embers, ash).
- Do not use in enclosed spaces filled with vapors from oil-based paint, paint thinner, or other combustible/explosive substances.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ash.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner if filters are missing.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from openings and moving parts of the device and its accessories.
- Keep power cords away from the device when in use. There is a risk of electric shock if the device is operated via a power cord.
- Exercise caution when cleaning stairs.
Maintenance and Storage
- Prevent accidental startup. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before picking up or carrying the device. Carrying the device with a finger on the switch or the device activated may lead to accidents.
- Ensure the device is placed on a level surface. Do not use the device in the same position if it has a rotating brush and the handle is not fully upright.
- Do not store the device in a place where it can freeze.
- Turn off and unplug the device when not in use, before cleaning, maintenance, or servicing, and before connecting or disconnecting the brush roller.
- Do not use a damaged or modified vacuum cleaner. Damaged or modified batteries may cause fire, explosion, or injury.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the device except as indicated in the usage and care instructions.
- If the device, accessory, or power cord is dropped, damaged, left outdoors, submerged in water, or not working properly, do not operate it. Have it repaired at an authorized service center.
- Maintenance should be performed by a qualified repair technician using genuine replacement parts to ensure product safety.
- For your safety, if the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized service agent, or a qualified technician.
Battery and Charging
- For charging, use only the charging base provided with this device. Use it only with the HCBM charging base.
- Follow charging instructions and avoid charging the battery outside the specified temperature range, as this may cause fire or battery damage.
- The charging base has a drying function suitable for drying the device's brush roller.
- Keep the charging base cable away from hot surfaces. Do not hold the charging plug or device with wet hands. To disconnect, grasp the charging plug, not the cable.
- Do not use any non-rechargeable battery packs. Failure to do so may cause the lithium-ion battery to ignite. This device contains batteries that can only be replaced by qualified technicians or after-sales service.
- The lithium-ion battery pack contains environmentally hazardous materials. Before disposing of the device, please remove the battery pack and dispose of or recycle it according to local regulations.
- Disconnect the device from the power source before removing the battery. Keep batteries away from children. Do not put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, contact your doctor or local poison control center.
- Under abusive conditions, avoid contact with battery fluid that may leak. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with water. If fluid gets into eyes, seek medical help immediately. Leaked battery fluid can cause irritation or burns.
- The charging base can charge a 6-cell battery pack with a capacity of 5000 mAh. Do not use this charging base to charge non-rechargeable batteries. Failure to do so may cause the lithium-ion battery to ignite.
- The charging base is marked with a symbol indicating "Caution: Hot surface." Do not touch the brush roller, hot water, or the heating unit of the charging base during the hot water self-cleaning process.

Assembly
Handle Assembly
Insert the handle end vertically into the opening at the top of the vacuum until it clicks into place.

Note: For disassembly, insert a rigid object into the hole as shown to press the contacts and pull the handle upwards simultaneously.

Insert the extension plate into the front bottom part of the accessory storage holder.

Note: Do not use the motorized brush with the extension wand.
Charging
- Place the charging base against a wall on a level surface and connect it to a power source. Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.
- Place the vacuum on the charging base. The battery is fully charged when the number on the display reaches 100%.
Low Battery Indicator
- Orange blinking: Battery level ≤ 20% (Charging)
- Green blinking: Battery level > 20% (Charging)
- Solid Green: Charged
- Solid Orange: Battery level = 20%
Note:
- Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.
- If the device does not turn on within 10 minutes of full charge, it will enter sleep mode. Please restart the device if you need to use it.
- To prolong battery life, the battery automatically cools down after prolonged use of the device.
Connecting to Dreamehome App
1. Download the Dreamehome App
Scan the QR code on the robot or search for the "Dreamehome" app in the app store to download and install it.
Note:
- Supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.
- Actual operations may differ from the instructions in this manual due to app updates. Please follow the instructions based on the current app version.
2. Add Device
- Press the power button briefly to turn on the device.
- Press and hold the Voice prompt/Wi-Fi button on the back of the device to set up a Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi indicator will blink white, and the voice prompt will say: "Waiting for network configuration."
- Open the "Dreamehome" app, and scan the same QR code on the robot again to add the device. Please follow the instructions to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
Wi-Fi Indicator
- Blinking: Connecting / Over-the-air update
- Solid: Connected
Note: The device will disconnect from the network if there is no operation for 10 minutes or if the network connection fails. To reset Wi-Fi, repeat the above steps and complete the connection according to the prompts in the app.
Restore Factory Settings
Press and hold the Voice prompt/Wi-Fi button and the Self-cleaning button simultaneously for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.
Note: The device will disconnect from the network if there is no operation for 10 minutes or if the network connection fails. To reset Wi-Fi, repeat the above steps and complete the connection according to the prompts in the app.
How to Use
Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Press the clean water tank release button to remove the tank.
- Open the tank lid and fill the tank with clean water.
- Reinstall the clean water tank and ensure it is securely in place.
Adding Cleaning Solution
- Open the cleaning solution compartment lid and fill it with cleaning solution, then close the lid securely.
- Turn on the Auto-dispensing switch. The display will light up. The device will intelligently adjust the cleaning solution-to-water ratio based on the dirt level on the floor for efficient cleaning.
Note:
- Please add cleaning solution directly to the solution tank during use. The device will intelligently adjust the dilution ratio according to app settings and dirt conditions.
- Do not use any liquids other than the officially approved cleaning solution. Cleaning solution is available in the official online store.
- The display will flash "**" to indicate that the cleaning solution is depleted. Please refill the cleaning solution in time.
- If the cleaning solution is not used temporarily, please turn off the auto-dispensing switch.
Starting a Cleaning Session
Gently stand on the brush head cover and tilt the vacuum backward. Press the power button ⏻ to start cleaning. If the device is in an upright position during operation, the current task will be paused. The device is designed to lie flat at a 180-degree angle, allowing it to reach and clean under low-profile furniture.
Note:
- Do not use to vacuum any foamy liquids.
- Ensure the device is in an upright position before powering off while the device is lying flat.
- The vacuum is suitable for cleaning floors, marble, tiles, and other hard surfaces.
- When the device is running, do not lift it off the ground, move it, or tilt it. Otherwise, used water may flow into the motor.
- The LED lighting function is enabled by default and only lights up when washing the floor. This function can be disabled via the app.
Switching Modes
Press the mode switch to cycle through modes according to your needs.
- Auto Mode: The device intelligently adjusts suction power based on the dirt detected on the floor.
- Turbo Mode: Preparing for Turbo Mode, please wait for 30 seconds. This mode is suitable for deep cleaning.
- Suction Mode: If Suction Mode is selected, the device will only dry-clean, the brush roller will not be wet, and no water will be dispensed from the clean water tank.
- Custom Mode: Suction power, water volume, etc., can be adjusted within the app. The main unit will operate according to the settings in the app.
Emptying the Dirty Water Tank
- Press the dirty water tank release button to detach the tank.
- Press the release buttons on the dirty water tank lid to detach the lid. Pour out the used water, then use the solid waste filter basket to separate solid waste from the used water.
- Reinstall the dirty water tank until it clicks securely into place.
Note: The solid waste filter basket is a removable part. The device can be used normally after removing this part.
Self-Cleaning and Drying
- Place the device back on the charging base. Ensure there is enough water in the clean water tank for self-cleaning.
- Briefly press the self-cleaning button on the top of the handle to start/stop self-cleaning.
- You can empty the dirty water tank after self-cleaning is complete and the drying mode is paused. Press the button to exit drying mode.
- Press and hold the self-cleaning button to enter the drying mode settings and select the default drying mode.
Note:
- If the auto-dispensing switch is on, the device will automatically use cleaning solution for self-cleaning in the default mode.
- Do not touch the brush roller, hot water, or the heating unit of the charging base during hot water self-cleaning.
- Self-cleaning can only be enabled when the device is charging and the battery level is above 15%. If the battery level is low, please charge to 15% before starting self-cleaning.
Using the Handheld Vacuum
- Press the handheld vacuum release button to detach it.
- Attach other accessories, such as the dust cup, as shown in the diagram until you hear a click.
- Briefly press the handheld vacuum power button ⏻ to start. Briefly press the handheld vacuum mode button ⚙️ to switch between standard and turbo modes as needed.
Using Handheld Vacuum Attachments
- Multi-surface Brush: Suitable for cleaning carpets, tiles, and simple/medium pile hard floors.
- Crevice Tool: Suitable for cleaning corners of doors and windows, walls, stairs, and narrow gaps, as well as dust on sofas and tabletops.
- Small Motorized Brush: Suitable for removing dust, pet hair, and deep dirt from sofas, beds, and other fabrics.
- Accessory Storage Holder: When not in use, accessories can be placed on the accessory storage holder as shown.
Note: Do not place the main unit of the handheld vacuum on the accessory storage holder to prevent damage from falling.
Care and Maintenance
General Tips
- Turn off the device before maintenance. Do not touch the power switch.
- Replace parts if necessary. Parts should be replaced with those available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- If the device will not be used for a long time, charge it fully, unplug the power adapter, and store the device in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To prevent battery over-discharge, charge the device at least once every 3 months.
Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
- Press the dirty water tank release button to detach the tank.
- Press the release buttons on the dirty water tank lid to detach the lid. Remove the filter from the dirty water tank lid.
Rinse the dirty water tank, including the separation motor housing on the lid, the solid waste filter basket, and the tank lid with water. Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the inside of the tank.
Reinstall the filter and the dirty water tank lid. Then, reinstall the dirty water tank until it clicks securely into place.
Note: It is recommended to clean the dirty water tank promptly after each use, as well as before and after self-cleaning.
Cleaning the Filter
- Remove the filter and gently wipe off surface dust.
- If the filter is dirty and needs washing, rinse it with water. It must be completely dry before use. [24h Drying]
Note: It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months.
Cleaning the Solid Waste Filter Basket
Detach the dirty water tank and lid. Then detach the solid waste filter basket for cleaning. To reassemble, align the bottom part of the filter with the slots on the dirty water tank lid. Insert it correctly until it clicks into place.
Cleaning the Tube and Dirt Sensor
Remove the dirty water tank. Wipe the tube and dirt sensor with a damp cloth before use. Note: Do not rinse the tube or dirt sensor.
Cleaning the Dust Cup Assembly
- Press the dust cup release button and remove the cup.
- Remove the filter and cyclone assembly from the dust cup, then empty the cup.
- Gently press or clean the filter with the cleaning brush. Rinse the filter and dust cup with water.
- Rinse the filter and dust cup with clean water until they are clean. They must be completely dry before use. [24h Drying]
Cleaning the Brush Roller
- Press the brush roller cover release buttons to remove the brush roller cover.
- Press the brush roller release button and pull out the brush roller.
Clean any tangled hair or debris on the brush roller using the provided cleaning brush. Rinse the brush roller and cover with clean water and dry them completely. Reassemble the brush roller and cover until they click into place.
Note:
- Do not rinse the brush assembly with water.
- Clean as needed. It is recommended to replace the brush roller every 3 to 6 months.
Cleaning the Multi-surface Brush
- Turn the lock counter-clockwise until it stops, then remove the brush roller from the rotating brush.
- Use scissors to cut any hair or fibers stuck to the brush roller. Wipe dust from the groove and transparent cover with a dry cloth or paper towel. Dry completely before use.
- If the brush roller becomes dirty, rinse it with clean water until it is clean.
- Place the brush roller upright for at least 24 hours to dry completely.
- When replacing the brush roller, first remove the brush roller handle, then install the new brush roller, and press it firmly into place.
Cleaning the Small Motorized Brush
- Use a coin as shown to rotate the lock counter-clockwise, then remove the brush roller until you hear a click.
- If it becomes dirty, rinse the brush roller with clean water. Place the brush roller upright until it is completely dry. [24h Drying]
Troubleshooting
If the device malfunctions, it will stop working. Please refer to the following table for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
