Wiring Diagram
The wiring diagram illustrates the internal electrical connections. It shows the MOTOR, CAPACITOR, and THERMAL FUSE. Power (230V~50Hz) is supplied via Neutral (N) and Live (L) terminals. The N terminal connects to Blue and Black wires. The L terminal connects to a Brown wire. The capacitor is wired between the motor and the supply. Ground connections are made with Yellow/Green wires.
Installation Diagram
The installation diagram shows the physical assembly of the fan. The front view displays the GUARD, FAN BLADE, and TOP FIXING CLIP, all connected to the BASE. The side view details the HANDLE, OSCILLATION SWITCH, internal WIRE, the power PLUG, and the AIR VOLUME SETTING SWITCH.
Instructions
- Before power is supplied, ensure voltage and frequency match the nameplate.
- Assemble the guard and blades:
- Fix the back guard to the motor using the mounting screw.
- Loosen the cap nut. Fix the blades onto the rotor shaft by locking the blade's screw. Finally, secure the cap nut onto the rotor shaft.
- Fix the front guard to the back guard using the guard's screw.
- The switch has buttons 0, 1, 2, and 3 for off, slow, medium, and fast speeds, respectively.
- The oscillation switch controls the fan's swing.
Attentions / Safety Precautions
- Unplug the fan before maintenance. Do not touch with wet hands.
- Do not connect to power or switch on until assembly is complete.
