Note:

  1. Products and accessories may vary due to different batches. Please refer to the actual products.
  2. Please keep the original box and foam for future transportation and storage.

3. Trainer Installation

Follow these steps for trainer installation:

  1. Place the trainer on a level surface and install the two horizontal feet.
  2. Note that the length of the two feet is not the same; the left and right directions cannot be installed in the opposite direction. Refer to the top view diagram.
  3. The cycling trainer has a freehub that supports standard Shimano and SRAM 8-11 speed cassettes.
  4. Install your bike onto the trainer, similar to installing a rear wheel on a bicycle.
  5. The installation method for Q.R./Thru Axle converters is illustrated in the diagrams.
  6. Ensure your bike is securely LOCKED to the trainer to prevent it from coming loose and causing harm.

Top View Diagram Description: The diagram shows two configurations for attaching the bike's rear axle. The left side shows a 'Quick release' mechanism suitable for 130mm and 135mm spacing, with a note to 'Rotate 180°'. The right side shows a 'Thru axle (Optional)' mechanism suitable for 142mm and 148mm spacing, also with a 'Rotate 180°' instruction.

Important Reminder: Make sure your bike is LOCKED.

5. Special Reminders
