The PCE-HLTS 2T hydraulic scissor lift weighing scale allows for faster and more comfortable work, preventing back strain through continuous height adjustment. It features a robust scissor lift table with adjustable height ranging from 350 to 1130 mm. The scale can lift a maximum load of 2000 kg and weigh with a resolution of 0.5 kg. The working area measures 1300 x 850 mm. The work surface is surrounded by a safety strip that immediately interrupts the lowering process in case of obstruction, preventing user injury.
The hydraulic scissor lift scale offers various functions. For example, the limit value function prevents exceeding a set weight (overload protection). The piece counting function allows for integrity checks, while the addition function saves the total of multiple weighings and transfers this data to a computer or prints it with date and time using an optional printer. This scale is delivered in two parts. First, the weighing beams must be aligned and embedded in the floor. Then, the scissor lift table is screwed onto the weighing beams, and the power source is connected to the digital scale and the hydraulic table. This completes the assembly, and the hydraulic scissor lift weighing scale is ready for use.
