Introduction
Boxing is a combat sport where two opponents fight using their fists. It is used for training speed and strength. The Musical Boxing Pro uses electronically controlled light guidance to train users to respond to sound signals and accurately hit targets, thereby improving overall coordination and sensitivity.

Charging (If Battery preset)
Use a mobile phone charger (5V/1A-2A) to charge via the attached cable. Ensure the Musical Boxing Pro is positioned near a wall socket.

Operation
- On/Off: Long press the power button to turn the device on or off.
- Bluetooth: Press the On/Off button to power on or off Bluetooth.
- Speed/Mode: Simultaneously press and hold the speed/mode buttons for 3 seconds. Display shows F00 to turn off the impact sound effect, and F01 to turn on the impact sound effect.
- Speed: Cycle through speed adjustments. The display window shows H01-H9, indicating faster light changes. The default startup is H01. Press and hold to decrease volume.
- Mode: Adjusts the mode. Displays P01-P9, indicating 12 different program selections. Press and hold to increase volume.
Assembly
Option 1:
- Peel off the transparent film behind the black adhesive tape and paste it to the back of the Boxing Pro.
- Tear off the transparent film on the other side of the black adhesive tape and paste the entire Boxing Pro onto a wall or door.
Option 2:
- Paste the two velcro strips together.
- Peel off the covers from both sides of the velcro.
- Paste one side to the back of the Musical Boxing Pro and the other side to the wall.
