VX5 Remote Controller
The VX5 Remote Controller is designed for electric skateboards and surfboards. It features an ergonomic design with several control buttons and a display screen.
- Mode Button: Used for changing modes or settings.
- Horn Button: Activates the horn function.
- Setting Button: Accesses or confirms settings.
- Brake Trigger: Controls braking.
- Power Throttle On/Off Trigger: Controls acceleration and power.
- USB Magnetic Charging Port: For charging the remote.
- 2 Inches Display Screen: Shows various operational data.
Display Screen Icon Introduction
The display screen provides real-time information about the remote and the connected device (e.g., e-skateboard or e-surfboard).
PPM Control Mode (VX5 Remote)
This mode displays the following information:
- Receiver signal quality: Indicates the strength of the signal from the receiver.
- Surfing Mode / Speed Gear: Shows the current operating mode or speed gear.
- Number of GPS Positioning Satellites Time: Displays the count of acquired GPS satellites and current time.
- Remote Battery: Shows the battery level of the remote controller.
- Surfingboard Battery: Displays the battery level of the connected surfing board.
- Throttle: A visual representation of the throttle position.
- Auto-locking Time: Time duration for auto-locking.
- Throttle Progress Bar: Visualizes throttle input.
- Working Record Time: Total operating time recorded.
- Throttle Percentage: Current throttle input as a percentage.
- Realtime Speed: Current speed of the device.
- Speed Unit: Unit of speed measurement (e.g., Km/h).
- ESC.POWER, MOS.TEMP: ESC power consumption and MOSFET temperature.
- BAT.Voltage, MOT.TEMP: Battery voltage and Motor temperature.
- BAT.Current, MOT.Current, Duty: Battery current, Motor current, and Duty cycle.
Note: This mode is applicable to all ESCs and does not feature forward and reverse switching functionality.
E-skateboard Mode (VX5 Remote)
This mode displays similar information tailored for e-skateboards:

PPM Dual Channel Connection Mode (Receiver)

- Components: LED Signal Light, Antenna.
- Connection Pins: BAT+, VRX2, VTX2, VRX1, VTX1, GND, 5V, PPM1, PPM2. These are typically connected to the ESC and battery.
