Gourmet Cube Description
The machine produces individual, transparent, crystal clear gourmet supercubes, each measuring approximately 20g in weight, with a diameter of Ø30mm and a height of 34mm.
Dimensional Drawings and Utility Connections
The unit's external dimensions are 1078mm wide, 719mm deep, and 1082mm high (including legs). The drawings indicate required installation clearances of 150mm from the rear and sides. Utility connections are clearly marked: a 3/4" OD overflow drain, a 3/4" GAS water inlet, and a 3/4" GAS water outlet. A power cordset is also included. The unit is designed for an airflow that is typically drawn from the front and exhausted from the rear or top.
