The light turns off after 10 seconds. If the power is below 30%, the LEDs will flash every 2 seconds and turn off after 60 seconds.
Charging Status Indicators:
Flashing Status | Percentage of Electricity |
---|---|
(Symbol for 1 flash) | 0%-30% |
(Symbol for 2 flashes) | 30%-80% |
(Symbol for 3 flashes) | 80%-100% |
Full Charge: When fully charged, the 3 LEDs will stay lit for 60 seconds before turning off.
Troubleshooting
Resetting to Factory Settings:
If the earbuds are not functioning correctly, reset them to factory settings. Place the earbuds in the charging case and touch both panels for 0 seconds or until the LED flashes white three times. Remove pairing records from your mobile device and reconnect.
Audio Only from One Earbud:
In this case, reset the earbuds, delete the pairing record on your mobile device, and reconnect the earbuds.
Charging Issues:
The LED stays white for 1 minute when earbuds are charged. The case will not charge the earbuds if its battery is depleted. LEDs on the case turn off once charging is complete. If you charge again, LEDs will not show any notification, which does not mean the case is not charging.
Tips:
- Read the manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
- Fully charge the earbuds before the first use.
- If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, recharge them periodically.
- Use chargers from qualified manufacturers.
- If your phone cannot find the earbuds, ensure they are in pairing mode. If not connected for a long time, they exit pairing mode; re-enter pairing mode. If your phone has a procedural error, restart it. If the earbuds have a procedural error, restart and reset them.
