Batteries and Power

Battery Requirements: Requires three AA (LR6) batteries. Alkaline batteries are recommended for longer life.

Battery Installation:

Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door and remove the door.
Remove the exhausted batteries and dispose of them properly.
Insert three new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity ([plus] and [minus] indicators).
Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw.

Operating the Toy:

Slide the power-volume switch to one of three positions: [power-off] (off), [volume-low] (on with low volume), or [volume-high] (on with high volume).

When sounds or lights become faint, slow, or stop, it is time for an adult to change the batteries.

If the toy operates erratically, reset the electronics by sliding the power-volume switch off and then back on again.

Cleaning:

To clean, wipe the toy with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the toy in water.

Battery Safety Information:

In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin the product. To avoid battery leakage:
Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types (alkaline, standard carbon-zinc, or rechargeable).
Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment ([plus] and [minus] terminals).
Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this product in a fire, as batteries inside may explode or leak.
Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging.
If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.

How to Sync Your Linkimals:

Turn the power OFF on each toy.
Turn the power ON.
Watch and listen as Linkimals respond to each other in fun ways during play!

Troubleshooting Sync Issues: If, at any time, one of your Linkimals doesn't seem to be interacting with other Linkimals, turn all of them OFF and then back ON again.

Language Note: Linkimals are also available in different languages (sold separately and subject to availability). Linkimals only sync with other Linkimals of the same language.
