Assembly Guide

Follow these steps to assemble the Nutribullet Food Processor:

  1. Place the Work Bowl on a clean, dry, flat surface.
  2. Insert the Blade Adaptor into the Work Bowl, ensuring it is securely seated on the central shaft.
  3. For Chopping Blade or Dough Blade: Hold the plastic center of the blade and place it onto the Blade Adaptor. Slide it down until it reaches the bottom of the Work Bowl and press firmly.
  4. For Slice/Shred Disc: Place the disc onto the Blade Adaptor, aligning the markings. Ensure it is in the higher position for use.
  5. For Spiralizer Disc: Align the notches on the disc with the tabs inside the Work Bowl. Turn the disc so the 'FRONT' marking aligns with the front of the Motor Base. The spiralizer part should be under the Feed Chute.
  6. Place the Work Bowl Lid on top of the Work Bowl and turn clockwise to lock. Insert the Dual-Size Food Pusher into the Feed Chute.
  7. Place the assembled Work Bowl onto the Motor Base and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.

The control panel features the following settings:

Assembly & Use

Before First Use

  1. UNPACK: Remove the Motor Base and all attachments from the box and place them on a flat, dry surface.
  2. CLEAN: Rinse all detachable parts and accessories. The Motor Base can be wiped with a damp cloth. All other parts (except the Motor Base) are dishwasher safe (top rack) or can be washed with warm, soapy water.

Assembly

Review all safety warnings before proceeding.

  1. Place the Work Bowl on a clean, dry, flat surface.
  2. Insert the Blade Adaptor into the Work Bowl, ensuring it is firmly seated.
  3. To use the Chopping Blade or Dough Blade: Place the blade onto the Blade Adaptor, sliding it down until it reaches the bottom of the bowl and pressing firmly.
  4. To use a Slice/Shred Disc: Place the disc onto the Blade Adaptor, aligning the markings. Ensure it is in the higher position for use.
  5. To use the Spiralizer Disc: Align the notches on the disc with the tabs inside the bowl. Turn the disc so 'FRONT' faces the Motor Base.
  6. Place the Work Bowl Lid on the Work Bowl and lock it. Insert the Dual-Size Food Pusher into the Feed Chute.
  7. Place the Work Bowl assembly onto the Motor Base and lock it.
  8. Plug in the unit and select your desired speed.
  9. If adding liquid during processing, unlock and use the Inner Pusher to drizzle it through the narrow chute. Do not exceed the LIQUID MAX line.

Using the Chopping Blade

The Chopping Blade is versatile for chopping, mixing, mincing, or pureeing.

  1. Assemble the Work Bowl with the Chopping Blade attached on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Prepare ingredients (cut into smaller pieces, remove seeds) and add them to the Work Bowl, ensuring not to overfill or exceed the LIQUID MAX line.
  3. Place the Work Bowl Lid on the bowl and lock it. Insert the Food Pusher into the Feed Chute.
  4. Place the Work Bowl assembly onto the Motor Base and lock it.
  5. Plug in the unit and select a speed to begin processing.
  6. When finished, press OFF and wait for the blade to stop. Remove the Work Bowl by turning the handle counterclockwise.
  7. Remove the Work Bowl Lid by turning it counterclockwise.
  8. Carefully remove the Chopping Blade and Blade Adaptor.
  9. Remove food from the bowl using a spatula or spoon. Clean all parts after use.

Using the Dough Blade

The Dough Blade is used for making doughs for pies, pizza, bread, and more.

  1. Assemble the Work Bowl with the Dough Blade attached on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Prepare ingredients (e.g., cut butter into small pieces) and add to the Work Bowl, avoiding overfilling or exceeding the LIQUID MAX line.
  3. Attach the Work Bowl Lid and lock it. Place the Food Pusher in the Feed Chute.
  4. Plug in and select speed (LOW is recommended for dough; PULSE can be used to cut butter into flour before switching to LOW).
  5. If adding liquid, unlock and use the Inner Pusher to drizzle it in.
  6. Remove the Work Bowl when the dough reaches the desired consistency.

Using a Disc Attachment

Disc attachments are for slicing, shredding, or spiralizing.

  1. Place the Work Bowl with the chosen disc attached on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Place the Work Bowl Lid on and lock it. Insert the Food Pusher into the Feed Chute.
  3. Place the Work Bowl assembly onto the Motor Base and lock it.
  4. Prepare food (cut into smaller pieces, remove seeds). For the spiralizer, cut food into pieces that fit the chute and consider a square shape for best results.
  5. Plug in and press HIGH speed.
  6. With the motor running, add food to the Feed Chute and guide it down with the Food Pusher.
  7. When finished, press OFF and wait for the blade to stop. Remove the Work Bowl.
  8. Remove the Work Bowl Lid.
  9. Carefully remove the disc and Blade Adaptor.
  10. Remove food from the bowl and clean all parts.

Using the Dual-Size Food Pusher

The Dual-Size Food Pusher has an inner and outer part. The larger pusher is for guiding larger food pieces, while the inner pusher creates a narrower chute for better control with thinner ingredients or for drizzling liquids.

To separate: Grip the circular Pusher Cap, twist the top clockwise, and lift the Inner Pusher out.
