Test Set-up and Operation Modes

Principle of Configuration Selection

For emission testing, the EUT was configured to achieve its highest possible emission level. Test conditions were adapted according to the instructions for use. Tests were performed on 2025-02-13.

Equipment and Cable Arrangement

The test setup for conducted and radiated emission tests involved the following configurations:

  • Conducted Emission Setup: A block diagram illustrates the setup including the EUT, Line Impedance Stabilization Network (LISN), EMI receiver, computer, transformer, and power supply.
  • Radiated Emission Setup: A simplified diagram shows the EUT, an antenna, and an EMI receiver, with specified test distances.

Test Software

No special test software was used during the tests.

Special Accessories and Auxiliary Equipment

None.

Countermeasures to Achieve EMC Compliance

No special measures were employed to achieve the required compliance.

Conformity Decision Rule

For all EMI tests, compliance with limits is determined by directly comparing measurement results with corresponding limits. This approach is used because the measurement uncertainties are less than the values specified in CISPR 16-4-2. This decision rule is based on the "Zero Guard Band Rule" and "Simple Acceptance" as per ILAC G8:2019 and IEC Guide 115:2021, and does not account for measurement uncertainty.

Test Results: Conducted Emission (0.15 MHz – 30 MHz)

Frequency Range: 0.15 – 30 MHz

Limits: Quasi-peak limits vary from 56 to 66 dBμV, and Average limits vary from 46 to 56 dBμV, depending on the frequency sub-range.
