1. Important Warning
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK - DO NOT OPEN
The lightning bolt symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of dangerous, uninsulated voltage within the apparatus that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation mark symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in the information accompanying the product.
WARNING (If applicable): Terminals marked with the symbol "⚡" may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock. External wiring connected to the terminals must be installed by qualified personnel or by using pre-assembled cables.
WARNING: To prevent electric shocks or fire hazards, do not expose this equipment to rain or humidity.
WARNING: Class I construction apparatus must be connected via an earthed plug.
2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read these instructions.
- Keep these instructions.
- Heed all warnings.
- Follow all instructions.
- Do not use this apparatus near water.
- Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not install near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus that produce heat, including amplifiers.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type power cord. A polarized plug has two blades, one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The third prong is for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
- For any repair, contact qualified technical service. Repair is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
- Mains disconnection: by switching off the POWER switch, all functions and indicators of the amplifier will stop, but complete disconnection of the apparatus is achieved by unplugging the mains cable from its connector. For this reason, it should always be readily accessible.
- The equipment connects to an earthed socket via the power cord.
- Part of the product labeling is located on the base of the unit.
- This apparatus must not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
WARNING: This product must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste under any circumstances. Please go to the nearest electrical and electronic waste treatment center.
NEEC AUDIO BARCELONA, S.L. declines any responsibility for damages that may occur to persons, animals, or objects due to non-compliance with the above warnings.

4. Introduction
The eCMP8 is a musical projector in a compact, high-efficiency format. It features an 8" low-frequency transducer and a 1.4" coaxial high-frequency transducer, offering a power of 150W @ 8 Ω. It also incorporates a 70/100 V line transformer with power options of 37.5 / 75 / 150 W (these power options are halved for 70V lines).
Designed for indoor and outdoor applications (resistant to water and sun degradation) where high power and precise coverage are required (135°x135° dispersion).
The eCMP12 is a musical projector in a compact, high-efficiency format. It features a 12" low-frequency transducer and a 1.7" coaxial high-frequency transducer, offering a power of 300W @ 8 Ω. It also incorporates a 70/100 V line transformer with power options of 50/100/200 W (these power options are halved for 70V lines).
Designed for indoor and outdoor applications (resistant to water and sun degradation) where high power and precise coverage are required (107°x107° dispersion).

6. Connection
The eCMP8 and eCMP12 allow for high or low impedance operation. They feature a rear selector with power options: 37.5 / 75 /150 W/ OFF / 8 Ω for the eCMP8, and 50 / 100/200 W/ OFF / 8 Ω for the eCMP12.
Note: When using the loudspeaker in 70V installations, the power ratings for the 100V position will be halved from those indicated on the switch. For 50V installations, they will be a quarter.
Diagram showing power options for eCMP8 and eCMP12:
eCMP8: 100V/70V/OFF, 150W/75W, 75W/37.5W, 37.5W/18.75W, 8Ω 150W
eCMP12: 100V/70V/OFF, 200W/100W, 100W/50W, 50W/25W, 8Ω 300W
Low impedance connection allows configuring the loudspeakers to operate under these conditions, with a maximum power of 150W for the eCMP8 or 300W for the eCMP12. If adopting this configuration, you must be aware of the amplifier's limitations when connecting multiple loudspeakers to its output, especially if the total impedance drops below 4Ω. It is also important that the connecting cable between the amplifier outputs and the loudspeakers is of good quality and as short as possible; this is especially important when covering long distances and the loudspeaker impedance is low.
Note: The system of distributing loudspeakers over a 70/100V line arose historically from the technical need to mix loudspeakers of different impedances and/or power ratings on the same line or amplification channel, all without needing to worry about the total impedance of the resulting set. Additionally, this solution allows for long cable runs with minimal power loss and using a section smaller than that typically used in low impedance installations.
ATTENTION! If you accidentally connect the system with the selector in any of the 3 positions for 70/100 V to a low impedance amplifier, it will not damage the loudspeaker, but it will perform far below its capabilities. In the case of accidentally connecting the loudspeaker to a 70/100V network in the 8Ω position, it will be severely damaged.
7. Location and Mounting
As general rules, the following should be observed:
- Always install the unit on solid and firm surfaces.
- Ensure that the surface where the loudspeaker will be installed can support its weight.
- eCMP8: The depth of the loudspeaker is 280mm. Consider that if the mounting bracket is added, the total depth will be 334mm.
- eCMP12: The depth of the loudspeaker is 378mm. Consider that if the mounting bracket is added, the total depth will be 443mm.
- Always use a safety sling to secure the loudspeaker installation.
- For good sound reproduction, there should be no obstacles between the loudspeakers and the audience. High frequencies, unlike low frequencies, are highly directional, and any obstacle causes attenuation in their response.
