Introduction
This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the Aldes EasyHOME Hygro ventilation system. The system is designed for efficient and reliable operation, retaining its effectiveness with regular servicing.
Models Covered: EasyHOME Hygro Classic, Premium MW', Premium MP, Premium HP+, Premium SP.
Warranty: 8 years (subject to correct installation, usage, and maintenance).

1.1. Description
The EasyHOME Hygro unit features multiple connection ports for air intake and extraction. The diagram below illustrates the main components:

1.2. Dimensions
Detailed dimensions for the EasyHOME Hygro units are provided in the diagrams below. Key dimensions include overall unit size and port diameters.

1.3. Recommendations
Important: Before installation, activation, and maintenance, read the accompanying 'Precautions and regulatory information' data sheet. This product must be installed out of the reach of children.
2. Assembly and Installation
2.1. General Recommendations
Tools Required: Screwdriver ?, screws ?.
Environmental Conditions: Ensure installation within a temperature range of 5°C to 55°C ?️. Consider wall mounting requirements, noting a minimum density of 30 Kg/m² for wall mounting.

2.2. Installation Plans
Diagram Description: Installation plans show minimum clearance requirements around the unit. Maintain at least 400 mm clearance on sides and front, and 100 mm at the bottom for the Classic model, and 300 mm for the Premium model.
2.3. Suspended Attachment
Diagram Description: Steps illustrate how to suspend the unit. This involves attaching mounting points to the unit and then suspending it, ensuring it can support at least 30 Kg/m².
2.4. Screw Attachment Against Wall (Optional)
Diagram Description: This section details the optional wall mounting procedure using a wall mounting kit (Part No. 11033015). It shows drilling holes, inserting wall plugs, securing the unit with screws, and final checks.
Steps:
- Mark drilling points based on the unit's mounting bracket.
- Drill holes and insert appropriate wall plugs.
- Secure the unit to the wall using screws.
- Ensure the unit is level and firmly attached.
2.5. Connection Configuration
Diagram Description: Diagrams show how to block off unused ports. The EasyHOME Hygro Classic typically has 1 x ø 125 mm and 4 x ø 80 mm connections, while the EasyHOME Hygro Premium has 2 x ø 125 mm and 5 x ø 80 mm connections.
Note: Ensure unused ports are properly sealed.
2.6. Flexible Duct Connections
Diagram Description: Illustrates the connection of flexible ducts to the unit ports using the EasyClip Algaine system. The process involves inserting the duct and ensuring it clicks into place.
Important: Isolate the network from the heated volume. Ensure ducts are properly insulated if passing through unheated areas.
2.7. Grille Installation
Diagram Description: Shows the installation of air grilles and terminals. It also highlights different power requirements for certain accessories, such as the Bahia Curve Push/Pres, which can operate on 9V LR61 batteries or a 9VDC + 230VAC power supply.
6. Electrical Connection
6.1. Power Supply
Diagram Description: The diagrams illustrate the electrical connection process. This includes identifying the power switch (OFF/ON) and the terminal block. Wiring configurations are provided for Hygro CLASSIC, Hygro PREMIUM MW', and Hygro PREMIUM MP/HP+/SP models, showing connections for Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (Green/Yellow).
6.2. Speed Control
Note: For MW'/ MP / HP+ models intended for the French market (AT 14.5/17-2266), speed adjustment is not required.
For other models or configurations not conforming to the French market standard:
Diagram Description: Diagrams show how to connect the unit to a 3-position switch for speed control. The switch numbering corresponds to fan pressure curves, allowing selection from 7 pressure levels. It is possible to connect up to 7 speed settings.
Wiring Example: Speed 1 = 4, Speed 2 = 6.
7. Performance Data
The following graphs provide consumption and aeraulic performance data for the different EasyHOME Hygro models:
- MW': Airflow (Q) vs. Static Pressure (P) curves, with sound pressure levels indicated.
- MP: Airflow (Q) vs. Static Pressure (P) curves, with sound pressure levels indicated.
- HP+: Airflow (Q) vs. Static Pressure (P) curves, with sound pressure levels indicated.
- SP: Airflow (Q) vs. Static Pressure (P) curves, with sound pressure levels indicated.
Note: Performance data for models not conforming to the French market standard (AT 14.5/17-2266) may differ.
8. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the system's efficiency and longevity. Perform maintenance every 6 months ?️.
- Clean extraction grilles according to the instructions provided with the grilles.
- Dust air inlets in main rooms or change filters according to instructions provided with the inlets.
- Clean the fan impeller using a brush.
