Issues Causes
Solutions
Can not connect to WIFI.
1. Incorrect phone settings.
2. Incorrect router settings.
3. Device malfunction.
1. Ensure all permissions for the INKBIRD app are enabled on your phone. Turn on both Bluetooth and location services.
2. Confirm that the router is transmitting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal and your phone is connected to this network. Make sure the SSID is not hidden, the password is not empty, and there are no device limits on the router. If unsure, disconnect 2-3 other Wi-Fi devices.
Router settings should be:
Wireless protocol: 802.11 b/g/n (not 11n only)
Security mode: WPA/WPA2
Authentication type: AES
DHCP service enabled
No VPN service
If it still doesn't work, contact customer service.
Screen display missing / Device will not power on
1. Incorrect power supply voltage.
2. Water/moisture has entered the non-waterproof black top.
3. Device malfunction.
1. Verify the device specifications match the power supply.
2. Plug the device into a different power outlet.
3. Place the device in a dry environment for 1-2 days to allow it to dry out.

Water cycle not working
1. Loose screw.
2. Water blade axis is offset.
1. Gently remove the plastic cover at the bottom and check if the screw on the water blade is loose. If yes, tighten the screw.
2. If the water blade axis is offset, push it gently to ensure it doesn't touch the stainless steel cylinder. A slight deviation is normal, as long as it does not touch the cylinder.
No heating
1. The water capacity exceeds the limit.
2. The location has high air flow.
3. The container used is not heat-insulated.
1. Ensure the water capacity does not exceed the 15L limit.
2. Place the device in an area with low air convection.
3. Adjust the target temperature as a test.
4. Test using different containers.
5. Allow sufficient heating time for the device to reach the target temperature.
