▲ WARNING: Please follow all of these instructions to ensure the safety of your child. Keep these instructions for future reference.

▲ WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always use the safety harness and ensure that the children are properly positioned according to these instructions.

▲ WARNING: Never leave children unattended.

  • Purses, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags or accessory items may change the balance of the stroller and cause it to become unstable.
  • The maximum weight that can be carried in the storage basket is 5 lbs. The parent tray and child tray have a maximum weight capacity of 3 lbs. The seat belt storage pocket has a maximum weight capacity of 1 lb. Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition.
  • Be certain the stroller is completely opened and locked in place before allowing a child near the stroller.
  • The rear stand-on platform / jump seat is designed for a child who is at least 2 1/2 years old and not over 40 inches tall. Using the stroller with two children weighing more than 40 pounds each, or children totaling more than 80 pounds, will cause excessive wear and stress on the stroller and may result in a hazardous unstable condition.
  • NEVER use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
  • NEVER allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
  • To clean, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
  • Check your stroller regularly for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
  • Discontinue use of the stroller if it malfunctions or becomes damaged. Please contact our customer service department to arrange for repair or obtain replacement parts.

If you experience any difficulty with assembly, missing parts, or use, please DO NOT return this item to the store. Retail stores are unable to provide proper assistance. Parts Identification

Check that you have all the parts for this model before assembling the stroller.

  • Stroller: The main frame and seating unit.
  • Canopy: The adjustable sun cover.
  • Child Tray: A detachable tray that attaches to the front armrest.
  • Platform: A rear platform for a second child to stand on.
  • Front Wheel: The steerable front wheel assembly.
  • Rear Axle: The rear axle assembly with wheels and brake levers.

Diagrams show the stroller, canopy, child tray, platform, front wheel, and rear axle.

Assembly Instructions

IMPORTANT! To ensure safe operation of your stroller, please follow these instructions carefully. Please keep these instructions for future reference.

IMPORTANT! Before assembly and each use, inspect this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.

IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required.

Remove stroller from box. The front wheels, rear wheels, child tray, and parent tray MUST be installed prior to use.

Front Wheels

To attach the front wheels:

  1. Unfold stroller frame by pulling backward on the stroller handle. (See Fig. 1: Illustration showing how to unfold the stroller frame by pulling the handle.)
  2. Lean the stroller back so that it rests on the handle with the front and rear legs pointing upward.
  3. Position the front wheels over the front leg tubes so that the hole in the housing aligns with the leg. (See Fig. 2: Illustration showing how to attach the front wheel to the stroller leg.)
  4. Firmly push down until the wheels lock securely into place. Tug on each wheel to ensure they are both securely attached.

Rear Wheels

Position the rear axle over the rear leg tubes, with the brake pedals facing the back. (See Fig. 3: Illustration showing how to attach the rear axle assembly to the stroller frame.)

At the same time, push down applying equal pressure to both sides until they lock into place.

Note: NEVER use the stroller if wheels do not lock into place. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-328-7363, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST.

Foot Rest

Push downward on the foot rest until it snaps onto the U-shaped frame cross member. (See Fig. 4: Illustration showing how to attach the footrest.)

Child Tray

To attach the child tray:

  1. Insert the tray clip into the fitting on the stroller's fold joint. Check that the tray clip locks into place. (See Fig. 5a: Illustration showing tray clip insertion.)
  2. Push the angled side of the tray onto the post at the end of the right armrest while pressing downward on the snap button, until locking in place. (See Fig. 5b: Illustration showing tray attachment to right armrest.)
  3. Rotate the tray downward until it latches onto the left armrest into place. (See Fig. 6: Illustration showing tray attachment to left armrest.)

Note: Check that the snap button comes through and is securely in place.

▲ WARNING: The child's tray is not a restraint device; always secure your child with the seat belt. DO NOT lift the stroller by the child's tray. Use care when attaching the child's tray on the stroller with a child in the stroller.

To access the child seat:

Press the red snap button on the right side and lift upward. The child tray will lift and rotate out of the way to allow access to the seat. (See Fig. 7: Illustration showing how to release the child tray to access the seat.)

Removing the Child Tray

Press the red snap button and rotate the tray upward. Then, release the snap button located on the underside of the right armrest and pull the tray until it is released. (See Fig. 8: Illustration showing how to remove the child tray.)

Platform

To attach the platform:

  1. Squeeze both locking clips with both hands while holding the platform vertically. (See Fig. 9: Illustration showing squeezing locking clips.)
  2. Slowly rotate the platform downward until it rests in place on the axle rod.
  3. Once in place, release both locking clips. (See Fig. 10: Illustration showing platform attached to axle rod.)

Canopy

To attach the canopy:

  1. Line up the male fittings on the canopy with the slots on the armrest and push both fittings downward until snapped into place. (See Fig. 11: Illustration showing canopy attachment.)
  2. To open the canopy, push forward on the front edge of the canopy while holding the rear of the canopy in place.
  3. To fold the canopy, push forward on the front edge.

To remove the canopy:

Press the snap button under the armrest and pull to release the fitting from the slot. Repeat for the other side.

Safety Instructions

Before placing your children in the stroller, please follow the instructions below.

▲ WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed so that the stroller will not roll away. NEVER leave the stroller unattended on a hill or incline, as the stroller may slide down the hill.

Brakes

To engage brakes: Apply light downward pressure to the brake lever located on each rear wheel. The stroller may require slight forward or rearward movement to align the teeth on the brake with each wheel brake cluster. (See Fig. 12: Illustration showing brake engagement.)

Check that the stroller will not move and that both brakes are properly applied.

To release: Gently lift up on the brake lever. (See Fig. 13: Illustration showing brake release.)

To Secure the Child

▲ WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.

STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose straps. Never leave a child in the seat when straps are loose or undone.

  • Carefully place the child in the stroller seat and bring the safety harness around the child's waist.
  • Place the crotch strap between your child's legs.
  • Insert the Harness Buckles into the Center Clasp with the Red Button. (See Fig. 14: Illustration showing harness adjustment for a snug fit. See Fig. 15: Illustration showing the center clasp and harness buckles.)
  • Adjust waist straps for your child's comfort and safety by sliding buckles in either direction. Safety straps should fit snugly around your child.
  • To release: Push the Red Button on the Center Clasp; the two Harness Buckles will pop free. (See Fig. 15: Illustration showing harness release.) This process requires a moderate amount of effort to prevent accidental release by your child.

Travel System - Safety Belt

  • Strap the safety belt over the infant car seat through the seat belt slots on the infant car seat, and connect the buckles together. (See Fig. 16: Illustration showing how to secure an infant car seat with the safety belt.)
  • The safety belts for the infant car seat are located in small pockets on the outer sides of the seat pads.
  • Tighten the strap so the infant car seat fits snugly and cannot move.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE INFANT CAR SEAT STRAP IS ALWAYS TIGHTLY FASTENED AROUND THE INFANT CAR SEAT.

Jump Seat - 3-Point Harness

Secure the child with the jump seat 3-point harness when the child is sitting on the jump seat. (See Fig. 17: Illustration showing the jump seat 3-point harness.)

Platform - Safety Belt

Secure the stand feature safety belt behind the child and engage the buckle. (See Fig. 18: Illustration showing the platform safety belt.) This is the same safety belt used to secure the rear infant car seat.

To Recline Seat

Front Seat

The front seat has a two-position recline. To recline the seat, rotate the recline bar and press backward on the seat back. (See Fig. 19: Illustration showing how to recline the front seat.)

To place the seat in the upright position, press upward on the seat back while rotating the recline bar.

▲ WARNING: The upright position should be used only for a child that is at least 6 months old.

Attaching Infant Car Seat

Position the Infant Car Seat facing toward the rear of the stroller, so that the seat shell goes into the front tray and latches into place. (See Fig. 20: Illustration showing how to attach the infant car seat to the front tray.)

Check that the Infant Car Seat is firmly locked onto the front tray before using.

Check that the infant car seat is firmly locked onto the child tray. Then, strap the safety belt over the car seat through the seat belt slots on the infant car seat and connect the buckles together. (See Fig. 21: Illustration showing securing the infant car seat with the safety belt.)

Tighten the strap so the infant car seat fits snugly and cannot move.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE INFANT CAR SEAT STRAP IS ALWAYS TIGHTLY FASTENED AROUND THE INFANT CAR SEAT.

DO NOT USE INFANT CAR SEAT WITHOUT THE SAFETY BELT.

Removing Infant Car Seat

Unfasten the safety belt and store it in the pocket located on each side of the seat. Then, squeeze the release handle located at the foot-end of the infant car seat and carefully lift upward. (See Fig. 22: Illustration showing how to remove the infant car seat.)

Jump Seat

Sit on Jump Seat

Have the child sit on the jump seat facing backwards. Secure the child with the jump seat 3-point harness. Part of the 3-point harness is stored in the pocket on the back of the front seat. Put the seat belt around the child's waist and buckle it to the crotch strap. (See Fig. 23: Illustration showing securing a child in the jump seat.) Adjust the seat belt to be snug around the child's waist.

Stand on the Platform

Position the child on the platform on the back of the stroller. Ensure the child is standing facing forward and holding the frame. Secure the stand feature safety belt behind the child and engage the buckle. (See Fig. 24: Illustration showing securing a child on the platform.) Ensure that the child's feet are fully on the platform at all times.

Folding the Stroller

CAUTION: Read the following section completely before folding your stroller!

▲ WARNING: Care must be taken when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.

  1. Close the canopy as described in the canopy section.
  2. Pull the stroller backward several inches to rotate the front wheels to the front. (See Fig. 25: Illustration showing initial pull-back for folding.)
  3. The stroller is folded by simultaneously pulling each trigger fold. (See Fig. 26: Illustration showing simultaneous trigger pull for folding.) When the fold latches are released, the handle will begin to fall toward the floor.
  4. Release the fold buttons and press downward on the stroller handle until the stroller is completely folded.
  5. Secure the stroller in the folded position by hooking the fold latch, located on the right side of the stroller, over the rivet that protrudes from the frame. (See Fig. 27: Illustration showing securing the folded stroller with the fold latch.)

Care and Maintenance

Seat Pad

To clean the seat pad, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.

Other

Check your stroller regularly for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
