Troubleshooting
Check that the telephone cord is undamaged and properly plugged in. Disconnect any additional equipment, extension cords, or other phones. If the problem is resolved, the fault lies with the other equipment.
Test the equipment on a known working line (e.g., at a neighbour's house). If it works there, the fault is likely with your telephone line. Inform your network operator. If the telephone still does not work, contact the place of purchase for service. Keep your receipt or invoice copy.
Care and Maintenance
CAUTION: Only use batteries, mains adapter, and accessories approved for this model. Connecting other accessories may be dangerous and invalidate the phone's type approval and guarantee.
- Disconnect the telephone line before opening the battery door.
- The mains adapter is the disconnect device between the product and mains power. The mains socket outlet must be close to and easily accessible from the equipment.
- Equipment is only suitable for mounting at heights below 2 meters.
- To comply with RF exposure requirements, the Base Unit must be installed and used so that parts of the user's body, other than hands, are at least 20 cm away.
- Your unit is a technically advanced product and requires careful handling. Negligence may void the warranty.

The advice above applies to the unit, battery, and accessories. If the unit is not working correctly, contact the place of purchase for service.
