1800(F) Rim Exit Device

The 1800(F) is a rim exit device for single or pairs of metal, wood, or composite doors. It can be paired with various trims.

1810(F) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device

The 1810(F) is a surface vertical rod exit device for pairs of metal, wood, or composite doors up to 8' requiring two-point latching.

790: Standard bottom strike for various 7110(F), 7120(F), etc. series devices. Press-in type.

Accessories

Shim Kits

Shim kits (223 for 1800(F) Rim, 224 for 1810(F) SVR) are available for doors with interfacing molding. Each kit includes shims, longer fasteners, a longer connecting bar, and instructions.

Extension Rods

For 1810(F) devices, extension rods are available for heights beyond the standard 7' (213cm). Specify model number (2010-2, 2010-6, 2010-12) for desired length.

Specialty Fasteners

Sex Nuts: SN-104 (pack of 4, 10-24) for fire rim exits; SN-134 (pack of 4, 1/4-20) for all devices. Required for wood, composite, or unreinforced metal doors.
Wood Door Fasteners: Available for solid core wood doors if pilot holes are used.
Torx® Security Screws: Available for factory orders.

Long Tailpiece Kit

Available for escutcheon series trim for doors up to 4-1/2" thick. Specify part number based on door thickness and trim type (420F Series Trim).

Bottom Pullman Latch

Optional for panic-listed vertical rod exit devices. Specify "BPL" when ordering with devices. Requires 702 bottom strike.

Mullions

M200(F) Removable Mullion

Steel mullions for 1800(F) Series exit devices. Available in red primer finish. May be field cut.

M200: Panic rated. Tubular steel, 2" x 3" (51mm x 76mm). Specify 7', 8', or 10'.
M200F: 3-hour fire rated. Tubular steel, 2" x 3" (51mm x 76mm). Specify 7' or 8'.

M200(F) Options:

M203 Spacer Block: Recommended for double rabbeted frames or when stop face width is less than mounting hole spacing (for frames 5-3/4" or less).
M204 Angle Bracket: Recommended for headers with less than 3" (76mm) mounting surface.

Keyed Removable Mullion (KRM)

For 1800(F) Series exit devices, designed for unobstructed large openings and easy locking. Mullions automatically relock without a key.

KRM200: Panic rated. Specify 7', 8', or 10'.
KRM200F: 1-1/2 hour fire rated. Specify 7' or 8'.

KRM Features: Easy cylinder installation. Add "KR" prefix to order (e.g., KRM200).

KRM Options: M203 Spacer Block and M204 Angle Bracket (as described above).

KRM Cylinders: Accepts mortise cylinders. Refer to pages 15-16 for details. Collar requirement varies by cylinder model and length.
