Denver SWC-156 Smartwatch User Guide

Intended Use

This smartwatch is intended for monitoring fitness-related metrics such as heart rate, distance walked or run, calorie consumption, and quality of sleep. Data measured should not be used for any medical, ambulatory, or dietary reference.

Product Overview

The smartwatch features a touch screen, an ON/OFF button, and a back button. On the back, it has a speaker, heart rate sensors, and charging contacts.

Charge & Power

Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. Use only the original charger provided with the watch. Place the watch in the charging dock. A charging icon will appear on the screen if successfully connected. If no display appears immediately, it may take 3-5 minutes to enter the charging state.

Powering On/Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the watch on or off.

How to Wear

Wear the watch on your wrist with comfortable tightness.

App Installation & Connecting with the Watch

1. Download the "FitPro" APP from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Scan the QR code provided to start the download.
3. Open the FitPro App and connect the watch via Bluetooth.
4. Navigate to "Setting" then "Bind device" to find your watch and allow pairing.
5. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
6. Note: For music playback and Bluetooth call functions, connect to "SWC-156" in your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Device System Support: Android 5.0 and above; iOS 9.0 and above.

Smartwatch Function Description

• Power On: Press the side button.
• Navigation: Tap the screen to enter the main menu. Swipe down for notifications, swipe up for the control center. Swipe left or right from the standby interface to switch the dial.
• Heart Rate Monitoring: Enter the heart rate interface. After a few seconds, the current heart rate test results will be displayed.
• Telephone Book: Add up to 10 frequent contacts via the app. Once connected via Bluetooth, contacts can be synchronized to the smartwatch. Click a contact to make a call (phone must also be connected to the smartwatch).
• Sleep Mode: The smartwatch automatically enters sleep monitoring mode when you fall asleep. It monitors deep sleep, light sleep, and awake status throughout the night, calculating sleep quality. The wristband displays total deep sleep and light sleep duration; view detailed sleep data in the app. Sleep data is available when wearing the wristband, with monitoring starting from 10:00 PM.
• Application Push: If enabled, the smartwatch vibrates and displays content from received messages (SMS, WeChat, QQ, Facebook, etc.).

APP Function and Settings

Personal Information

After entering the app, go to Settings $\rightarrow$ Personal Information to set gender, age, height, and weight. You can also set your daily step goal.
