Setup
- Adjust the headset band as desired.
- Connect the 3.5mm cable into a compatible device. (Refer to Figure 1 for audio input connection).
- To use the retractable microphone, lower the mic arm down to desired height. Incoming game and chat audio volume can be adjusted via the inline volume control.
- To mute the microphone, slide down the ON/OFF switch on the inline controls. To unmute the microphone, slide up the ON/OFF switch on the inline controls.
Troubleshooting
Q1: Can I use the headset on an Xbox One® controller without a 3.5mm audio port?
A1: No, the headset requires a controller with a 3.5mm audio port.
Q2: Why is my Microphone not picking up sound?
A2: Please make sure the headset is plugged into your device and the mic mute switch is pushed up into the on position.
Q3: Why can I hear popping sounds or no audio on one side?
A3: Make sure the 3.5 mm audio jack is fully plugged in. To check, unplug and plug back in the headset. Check that your audio source is on and working.
Care and Maintenance
- Keep NU-3500 Headset free of dirt, debris and metal objects.
- Do not expose the NU-3500 Headset to extreme conditions, including direct sunlight or excessive heat or humidity.
- Keep your the NU-3500 Headset away from liquids.
- If cleaning is needed, use a dry cloth to clean the affected area. If necessary, only use chemicals designed to clean electronics.
- Do not open, or tamper with the NU-3500 Headset.

Nyko Product Limited Warranty
This Nyko product is warranted to the original purchaser for the product's normal intended use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a defect covered under this warranty occurs, Nyko will replace or repair the product or its defective parts, at Nyko's option, at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse or modification of the product.
