PREVENT TIP OVER:
- Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of TV or TV cart.
- Use tip over restraint or anchor to attach the TV cart against wall.
- Use tip over restraint or anchor stand to wall use of tip over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate risk of tip over.
Weight Restrictions
The max load capacity of LCD/plasma screen:
100lbs / 45.5kg
[Warning Symbol] DO NOT exceed the maximum weight indicated. This TV cart is intended for use only within the maximum weights indicated. Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result in failure of the TV cart and its accessories, causing possible damage and or injury.
Check the VESA Pattern of TV Before the Installation
Minimum VESA pattern: 100mm/4 in. (W) x 100mm/4 in.(H)
VESA patterns and approximate inch conversions:
- 100 mm ≈ 4 in.
- 200 mm ≈ 7 7/8 in.
- 300 mm ≈ 11 3/4 in.
- 400 mm ≈ 15 3/4 in.
- 600 mm ≈ 23 5/8 in.
If your TV VESA is greater than 600x400 mm/24x16 in. or less than VESA 100x100mm/4x4 in., this mount is NOT compatible.
If this product is NOT compatible, please contact customer service at support@perlegear.com to find a compatible mount.

Assembly Instructions
1. Secure the Castors on the Base
Turn the base [01] upside down to keep the bottom side upwards.

Lock the castors [12]. Secure the four castors [12] on the base [01] using washers [E2].

Turn the base [01] upside down again to keep the top side upwards.

2. Connect Post Assembly to Base
Fasten the four bolts [A2] using the Allen key [F2] to secure the height adjustable post [03] on the base [01].

Note: Make sure cable management windows are facing the back of the base.
Slide the decorative cover [06] onto the base assembly.

3. Adjust the Height of the Post
Use your thumb or finger to depress the spring ball of the right upper post, located at the cable hole. Meanwhile, twist and pull the upper post upward to your desired height.
As shown in Figure 1, twist the upper post toward the plunger holes direction and engage the spring ball into the plunger hole to fix the post in place, as shown in Figure 2.
Note: Repeat this step for the left post.

Warm Tip: While adjusting the height of the post, you can use the height label indicator on the pole as a guide.
The TV plate's center height is measured from the floor.
4. Secure the TV Plate to Height Adjustable Post
Attach the TV plate [02] to the height adjustable post [03] using bolts [B2].

[Warning Symbol] Caution: Ensure bolts are secured firmly.
Use a 1/2 in. (13mm) Wrench (Not Included).
5. Secure the TV Brackets to TV
5-1 Only one bolt size fits your TV.
Select the appropriate bolt size (M4, M6, or M8) that fits your TV's mounting holes. Ensure the bolt is not too short or too long.

5-2 Select Spacers (if needed)
a. NO SPACER: For flat TVs, the TV bracket can be attached directly using short bolts [B/D] and washer [H] if needed.
b. SPACER: For TVs requiring extra space, or with inset holes, cable interference, or for rounded TVs, use spacers [I/J/K] with long bolts [A/C/E/F/G] and washer [H] if needed.

5-3 Attach the TV Brackets to Your TV
Attach the TV brackets [09] to the back of your TV using the selected bolts [A/B/C/D/E/F/G] and washers [H], with or without spacers [I/J/K] as determined in step 5-2.

6. Secure the TV to TV Plate
Hang the TV with attached brackets [09] onto the TV plate [02].

Fasten the bolts [C2] via safety locks [D2] to secure the TV to the TV plate [02].

Note: Move TV to center.
7. Secure AV Shelf to the Height Adjustable Post
7-1 Secure the AV shelf support [10] to AV shelf [08]
Attach the AV shelf supports [10] to the AV shelf [08]. Pull the AV shelf supports [10] down to secure them to the AV shelf [08], then put them into the holes on the AV shelf [08] as shown.

7-2 Fasten the AV shelf assembly to the height adjustable post [03]
Attach the AV shelf assembly to the height adjustable post [03].

Secure the AV shelf assembly to the height adjustable post [03] by fastening the bolts [A2] using the Allen key [F2].

8. Install the Camera Tray to the Height Adjustable Post
8-1 Secure the camera tray [13] to the top of camera bracket [04] using the bolt [G2].

8-2 Attach the camera bracket assembly to the height adjustable post
Remove the preassembled bolts and washers from the connecting plate [05]. Then fasten the preassembled bolts and washers to secure the camera bracket assembly to the height adjustable post [03].

9. TV Height Re-set and Cables Management
9-1. It needs 2 men to re-set the TV height. One person ('A') holds the TV bottom with two hands.
9-2. The second person ('B') depresses two spring balls [S1] with their thumbs, so that person 'A' can adjust the TV downwards or upwards to the desired viewing height. Please note: you can use the height label indicator on the pole as a reference.

9-3. Attach the cable cover [11] to the cable windows as shown in Figure 3.
9-4. Route cables and wires from the upper cable windows to the lower cable windows as shown in Figure 3 and 4.

Note: Be cautious when routing wires to avoid damage.
