接続方法 (Connection Method)

(1)接続図 (Connection Diagram)

This section describes how to connect the cameras, remote control, and power cable to the drive recorder unit. The diagram shows the unit with ports labeled for Camera B, Camera A, Remote, and Power.

The constant power cable has a red wire (ACC) and a black wire (GND).

(2)電源ケーブルについて (About Power Cables)

USB Test Power Cable

Before installing on your motorcycle, you can use the included USB power cable to check if the unit operates normally. It can be connected to a motorcycle's USB port, a home AC adapter, or a mobile battery.

(Images of motorcycle USB socket, mobile battery, and AC adapter are described here, all rated 5V 2.0A, sold separately.)

❗ Caution: The AC adapter or mobile battery must have an output of 5V/2.0A and be PSE certified for testing. Insufficient voltage or current, or low battery on a mobile battery, may prevent normal startup or cause display abnormalities. These are not product defects.

オートバイ専用常時電源ケーブル (Motorcycle Dedicated Constant Power Cable)

Red Wire (ACC): Connect to either:

Black Wire (GND): Connect to ground.

❗ Caution: Before connecting wires, confirm how to access accessory power (ACC). Using a tester is recommended. Incorrect power connections may prevent engine synchronization, cause the unit to not turn on, or stop recording. Contact the service center if this occurs. Poor wire connections may cause the unit to turn off while riding or prevent recording.

(3)オートバイへの接続イメージ (Connection Image to Motorcycle)

The diagram illustrates the typical installation on a motorcycle:

❗ Caution:

  1. The diagram is for illustrative purposes; actual installation may vary by motorcycle model.
  2. Cameras are IP67 waterproof.
  3. The Drive Recorder Unit is not waterproof. Install it in a location protected from water.
  4. The remote control is splashproof, making handlebar mounting possible.

ご使用の前に (Before Use)

(1)カメラの取り付け (Camera Installation)

1. Fixing Ring: Attach to the front of the camera. The camera body and fixing ring can rotate 360 degrees depending on the mounting position.

2. Fixing Screw: Use a commercial Phillips head screwdriver to tighten or loosen the fixing screw and the bracket. ❗ Caution: Loosening the screw allows adjustment of the camera's tilt angle. Be aware of the different shapes of screw tips.

3. Camera Mounting Bracket: Made of metal, can be bent if necessary to mount on curved cowlings.

❗ Caution: The bracket should be fixed to the left side, not the center of the fixing ring. Please be careful!

4. Double-sided Tape: Peel off the protective film from the double-sided tape and stick it to the desired mounting location.

❗ Caution: Clean the mounting surface thoroughly of water, oil, and dust before applying. Reusing the tape may weaken adhesion and cause the camera to detach. Ensure the mounting location is suitable for the camera before applying the tape. The camera body is waterproof (IP67). Wipe off dirt with a soft cloth. It is normal for the image to appear wavy during acceleration due to the CMOS sensor's specifications; this is not a defect. Please understand this.

5. Installation Complete Diagram: (Shows an assembled camera unit)

(2)ドライブレコーダー本体の取り付け (Drive Recorder Unit Installation)

Recommended: Install under the seat or in a storage space.

❗ Caution: The drive recorder unit is not waterproof. Install it in a location protected from water.

For installation in a location visible while riding:

(Diagrams show mounting options for the unit.)

(3)ケーブル接続の注意点 (Cable Connection Precautions)

When connecting connectors, pay attention to connector color, male/female pins, and pin count/orientation!

⚠️ Warning: Confirm the pin count and orientation before inserting fully.

(Diagram shows correct and incorrect connections.)

(4)電源オン・オフ (Power On/Off)

Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off.

Auto Recording: If "Auto Recording" is set to "ON" in the settings menu, the unit's recording will synchronize with the motorcycle's engine ON/OFF.

Delayed Power Off: If "Power Off Delay" is set to "3 sec / 5 sec / 10 sec" in the settings menu, the unit will continue to operate using its internal battery for the set duration after the engine is turned off.

(5)日付と時刻設定 (Date and Time Setting)

Manual date and time setting is necessary to display correct timestamps on recorded footage.

Setting Procedure:

  1. Power ON → Stop Recording (OK Button) → MENU (Menu Button) → [Date Setting].
  2. Use the cursor buttons (▲▼) to adjust each number.
  3. Use the MENU button to move to the next date/time item.
  4. Use the OK button to finalize the setting.

(Diagrams show different screen layouts: <1> Front, <2> Rear, <3> Front, <4> Rear, <5> Front+Rear (Wipe).)

Note: Screen settings are reset when the power is turned off and are not saved.
