ASKO Promotional Offers

General Terms and Conditions

• Offers are available on the purchase of eligible ASKO appliances from ASKO authorised agents in Australia.
• Offers are inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the full retail price. Full retail prices are listed on the ASKO website (au.asko.com or au.asko.com.au).
• Offers will be applied at the point of purchase, not via redemption.
• A standard 2-year warranty provided by ASKO applies to purchased appliances.
• Offer 3 is valid in conjunction with the 'Buy My Partner' and 'Buy My Partner + Promotions'. Offers 1 and 2 are valid in conjunction with other ASKO Laundry offers. Offer 3 is not valid in conjunction with any other ASKO Laundry offers.
• Order Storage:
  • Orders under $5,000: ASKO can hold orders free of charge for a total of 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, the order must be paid in full and delivery taken.
  • Orders over $5,000: ASKO can hold orders free of charge for a total of 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, payment is to be made in full. Once payment is received, the holding period extends a further 6 months free of charge (total 12 months).
  • If delivery is not taken within the specified holding periods (6 or 12 months), ASKO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
• Product Discontinuation: If a purchased product becomes discontinued, ASKO will contact the customer. The relevant product must be paid in full and delivery taken within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in ASKO being unable to guarantee product availability or offer a replacement, and a full refund will be issued.
• Purchase Channels: All promotions are only available on products purchased through ASKO's Retail Agents or ASKO's Vara online sales portal. Promotions are not applicable to commercial trade purchases, staff purchases, associate purchases, seconds stock (boxed or unboxed), or items purchased at ASKO outlets or from a business partner of ASKO.
• Commercial orders to businesses are not eligible for these promotional offers.
• All accessories depicted in marketing material (e.g., pull-out shelves, panels, cabinetry) are not part of the offer.
• Offers are only open to Australian residents residing in Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Change of Mind Returns: Any ASKO appliance returned due to a change of mind will be liable for a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, regardless of packaging condition.
• ASKO reserves the right to change, substitute, withdraw, or extend any promotional offer at any time without notice. Any decision by ASKO in connection with an offer is final.
