General Terms and Conditions (Applicable to all offers)
- Product Discontinuation: If a product becomes discontinued, ASKO will contact the customer. The product must be paid for in full, and delivery taken within 14 days. Failure to take delivery may result in unavailability and no replacement, with a full refund issued.
- Purchase Channels: All promotions are available on products purchased through ASKO's Retail Agents or ASKO's Vara online sales portal. Promotions are not applicable to commercial trade purchases, staff purchases, associate purchases, or seconds stock purchases (boxed or unboxed) at ASKO or a business partner of ASKO.
- Commercial Orders: Businesses are not eligible for promotional offers, which are exclusively for ASKO Agents at full retail price.
- Marketing Material Exclusions: Accessories depicted in marketing material are not part of the offer, including pull-out shelves, top and side panels on dishwashers, and kitchen cabinetry or utensils.
- Residency and Age: Offer is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- Change of Mind Returns: Any ASKO appliance returned due to change of mind may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, regardless of packaging condition.
