INVICTA WARRANTY

Warranty Information

Your Invicta timepiece is backed by a comprehensive 1-year Warranty. An optional Invicta Platinum Plan extended 4-year Warranty is also available. Information for both warranties can be found in your gift box or by calling 1-866-INVICTA.

You can register your watch's warranty online at InvictaWatch.com by navigating to the "Register Your Warranty" section under the Service tab and entering the required information.

Each genuine Invicta timepiece purchased from an Elite Invicta Retailer is in original and tested condition. Service should only be performed by qualified professionals at the place of purchase or at the Invicta Service Center during the warranty period, in accordance with the terms of the standard 1-Year Invicta Warranty and the optional 4-year Extended Warranty.

Purchasing Invicta timepieces from sources other than recognized Elite Invicta Retailers, or servicing/repairing them by unqualified third parties, may result in alterations from their original condition beyond Invicta Watch Group's control. Invicta Watch Group cannot guarantee the quality standards of an altered timepiece, rendering neither of the mentioned Invicta Warranties valid. In such cases, the purchaser must rely on the seller's warranty.

If you choose not to extend the 1-year Warranty or if it expires, it is recommended that manual wind and automatic watches be serviced at least once a year at the Invicta Service Center to assure precise operation and longevity.

Invicta Service Commitment and Process

Invicta strives to manufacture timepieces of superior quality, reflected in their accuracy, attention to detail, and life expectancy. Invicta watches succeed due to the care taken to ensure each piece meets high standards.

Should your watch not function properly during or after the warranty period, send it to the Invicta Service Center for correction. The service process involves thorough inspection for craftsmanship faults, material damage, movement irregularities, and other factors impacting appearance and performance.

After initial problem resolution, your watch enters a two-week testing period to observe movement accuracy. If it functions correctly, it will be sent back. If a technician finds it necessary, the watch may be re-submitted for an additional week of testing. While the first testing phase suffices for most watches, some require special attention. Invicta prioritizes the watch's performance upon your receipt. This repair process may take up to 90 days, with the goal of ensuring long-term quality.

Shipping and Requirements for Service

The product owner is responsible for shipping the watch to and from Invicta. A flat rate of $28.00 will be charged for shipping and handling, payable by money order, check, or credit card. Please note that Invicta does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

When sending your watch for service, please include the following:

  1. A copy of your purchase invoice with the date.
  2. A money order issued to Invicta Service Center for $28.00 (for S&H).
  3. A note describing the malfunction, including an email address for swifter response times.
  4. A return address, daytime telephone number, and email address.
  5. Ensure the watch is insured with the shipper.

If your watch is not covered under Invicta warranty, you will be charged for the repair cost. Invicta warrants each repair for one year; this warranty applies only to that specific repair. Prices do not include sales tax.

Important: Please DO NOT include your Gift Box when sending in your watch for service, as it will not be returned. Failure to make prior payment arrangements will result in the return of an unrepaired watch. Service or repairs must be paid within the first 30 days; failure to do so will result in a return of an unrepaired watch.

Exotic Strap Policy

If sending your watch to the repair center with an exotic strap, you must remove the strap first, or the shipment cannot be accepted and will be returned. Strict laws from the U.S. Government Fish and Wildlife Service prohibit the shipping of exotic species without proper documentation. Exotic species include alligator, crocodile, snake, ostrich, and fish (such as stingrays or salmon).

Genuine leather straps, synthetic straps, leather embossed straps, and metal bands are EXCLUDED from this policy, and you may keep these attached to your watch.

Invicta has various service centers worldwide. To avoid delays, please remove and keep your original strap if it is exotic before sending your watch for service. Send only the watch case.

Thank you for your cooperation.
