Important Safety Cautions
All information in this section is provided to instruct you on how to use the appliance correctly and safely to avoid injuries to yourself and others, as well as damage to property.
Dangers ⚠️
- Toddlers, infants, and individuals unable to operate the appliance are prohibited from using it. Please keep it away from children.
- Never alter the appliance. Never attempt to disassemble or repair it yourself.
- Do not place or store the appliance where it may fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not touch the appliance if it has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
- Do not use the appliance while bathing.
Warnings ❗
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above. Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, are not allowed to use it unless they have guardian supervision or instruction concerning safe usage.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
- The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with it.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
- Unplug the appliance from the power supply before removing the battery.
- The battery should be disposed of safely. Refer to disposal instructions for battery removal.
- If the external cable or cord is damaged, please seek assistance from the manufacturer, service agent, or a qualified professional to avoid hazards.
- Keep the cable or cord away from heated surfaces.
- Please do not use the appliance if the nozzle is lost.
- Do not fill the water tank with liquid warmer than 40°C.
Note: ℹ️ There may be some liquid remaining inside the main appliance (tank, water suction tube, etc.) before use. This is residual distilled water from performance testing and poses no health concerns.

How to Charge ⚡
- Open the charging port cover and securely plug the USB cable into the charging port on the main unit. Ensure no liquid remains inside the port before plugging. (Diagram showing cable connection)
- Connect the charging adapter securely into the power outlet. (Diagram showing adapter in outlet)
- The "CH" indicator blinks during charging and becomes steady once fully charged. (Diagram showing indicator lights)
- Close the charging port cover after charging is complete. (Diagram showing cover closed)
Note: ℹ️ If the "CH" indicator blinks during or after use, the battery needs recharging. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
How to Operate ▶️
- Attach a nozzle onto the main unit. (Diagram showing nozzle attachment)
- Open the water tank. (Diagram showing tank opening)
- Fill the tank with water (not warmer than 40°C), then close the cap. (Diagram showing filling and closing)
- Press the mode button to select the desired mode (Normal, Soft, Pulse, Custom). You can change the working mode during operation. (Diagram showing mode selection)
- Normal: For normal cleaning.
- Soft: For gently cleaning sensitive gums.
- Pulse: For cleaning and massaging gums.
- Custom: Long press the mode button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash, and water pressure will increase one level (levels 1-6) with each subsequent press. Release the button to select the desired pressure level.
- Hold the main unit upright with the nozzle tip pointing towards your teeth. (Diagram showing correct posture)
- Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow out. (Diagram showing mouth position)
- Press the On/Off button to start irrigating. (Diagram showing button press)
- Direct water flow at a 90° angle to teeth and gums.
- Direct water flow slowly along teeth.
- Direct water flow along the gum line with the nozzle tip at a 90° angle (or 45° for periodontal nozzle).
- Clean thoroughly between teeth and around braces, crowns, or bridgework.
- Press the On/Off button to stop irrigating. Then, press the nozzle release button to replace the nozzle if needed.
- After irrigating, press the On/Off button again to turn the appliance off.
After Using ?
- Open the water tank cap and dispose of any remaining water in the tank.
- Press the On/Off button to turn on the appliance and drain any water inside.
- Press the On/Off button again to turn it off, and close the water tank cap.
- Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth.
- It is recommended to clean the inside of the water tank once a week.
Note: ℹ️ To prevent bacteria growth, ensure no water remains inside. If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, dry it thoroughly before storing.
Nozzle Instruction ?
- Micro bubble nozzle: For daily cleaning of teeth, gum lines, fissures, and removing food residue, stains, and plaque.
- U-type nozzle: For cleaning teeth internally, removing dirt and residues that are difficult to reach from the outside.
- Periodontal nozzle: For cleaning the gingival sulcus, especially suitable for individuals with periodontal diseases. When cleaning periodontal pockets, use the lowest water pressure. Direct the water flow along the gum line with the nozzle tip at a 45° angle and turn the unit on.
- Tongue Scraper: For cleaning the tongue surface, removing bad breath, food residue, and thick tongue fur. Use the soft mode when cleaning the tongue. Lean forward, place the scraper on your tongue, turn the unit on, and move gently from back to front. Water pressure can be adjusted as needed.
Note: ℹ️ It is recommended to replace cleaning nozzles every 6 months for an optimal cleaning experience.
Maintenance ⚙️
Use only water or a neutral cleaning agent to clean the appliance. Never use caustic or abrasive agents (e.g., vinegar or lime scale removers) as they may damage the appliance. Do not use water warmer than 40°C. Keep the appliance away from high temperatures and avoid direct sunlight.
Main unit
- Wipe dirt with a cloth dampened with soapy water.
- Do not submerge the main unit in water for cleaning.
- Dry the unit after washing with water.
Water tank cap
Wipe off any grime and dirt with a cloth.
Nozzle
- Wash with water and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Replace the nozzle every 6 months.
Water suction tube
- Wash with water and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Do not bend, pull, or twist the water suction tube.
Tank
- Wash with water and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Dry the tank thoroughly when not using it for extended periods.
Troubleshooting ❓
Problem | Cause | Solution |

It does not work | You've just purchased the appliance or it has been left unused for more than 3 months. | Charge the appliance for at least 3 hours. |
It only works for a few minutes even after charging | The battery has reached the end of its service life. Charging time was insufficient. |

Water pressure is very low | There is dirt stuck in the nozzle. The nozzle is deformed. There is dirt stuck in the filter. |

Water does not come out | The tank is empty. The appliance is tilted too much while using. You've just purchased the appliance or it has been left unused for a period. |
Fill up the tank. Use the appliance in a vertical direction. Pull out the nozzle, then flush the nozzle hole on the main unit. |
Disposal ♻️
The rechargeable battery inside the appliance is easy to remove for recycling. At the end of its service life and prior to disposal, please remove the battery following the instructions below.
Note: ℹ️ During the following operations, be sure to protect your eyes, hands, fingers, and the surface on which you work.
- Remove screw caps and screws on the bottom with a screwdriver. (Diagram showing screw removal)

- Open the shell and take out the core components. (Diagram showing internal components)
- Cut off the battery wire and pull out the batteries from the inside. (Diagram showing battery removal)
