Before You Start

- ⚠️ We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
- ⚠️ Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
- ⚠️ Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.
Parts Identification
Identify the following parts before assembly:
- Ax1: Lid
- Bx1: Base
- Cx2: Side Panels (2 pieces)
- Dx1: Back Panel
- Ex1: Front Panel (with handle cutout)
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Base and Side Panels
Place the base panel (Bx1) on a flat surface. Take one side panel (Cx2 or Dx1) and slot it into the corresponding groove on the base. Take another tall panel (Cx2 or Ex1) and slot it into the adjacent groove on the base. Ensure panels are securely fitted. A "CLICK" sound indicates a proper connection.
Step 2: Attach Remaining Side Panels
Attach the remaining side panels (Cx2, Dx1, Ex1) to the base (Bx1), ensuring they interlock securely with each other and the base. Arrows in the diagram indicate downward insertion.
Step 3: Place the Lid
Position the lid panel (Ax1) on top of the assembled box structure. Arrows in the diagram indicate downward placement onto the top edges of the side panels.
Step 4: Secure the Lid
The lid (Ax1 or Ex1) has a mechanism to attach to the box. Follow the diagram to align and secure the lid onto the box. A detailed view shows how the lid hinges connect.
Step 5: Lid Open View
The diagram shows the storage box with the lid fully opened, ready for use.
Step 6: Fully Assembled Box
The diagram shows the completed COSTWAY Storage Box NP10310, ready for storage.
