NVR Unit Overview
The NVR unit serves as the central hub for the system. Key components are:
- IPC connection status indicator light: Indicates the connection status of the IPC camera.
- WAN connection status indicator light: Indicates the Wide Area Network (Internet) connection status.
- SYNC (match code button): Used for pairing IPC cameras with the NVR.
- TF card slot: Allows insertion of a TF card for local recording, defaulting to motion detection recording.
- NET (Ethernet port): For connecting the NVR to your router via a network cable.
- Power port: Connects to the power adapter.
- Reset button: Press and hold for 10 seconds to reset the device to factory defaults.

Indicator Light Status
- WAN Indicator: Slow flashing when LAN/WAN is disconnected. Solid light when WAN is successfully connected.
- IPC Indicator: Solid light when the IPC is connected to the NVR. Slow flashing when disconnected.
Pairing Instructions (SYNC Button)
- SYNC Button: Press and hold for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode. You will hear voice prompts indicating the start and result (success or failure) of the pairing process.
- IPC Match Code Method: To pair cameras, press the reset button on two IPC units for 5 seconds to restore factory defaults (IPC tail light will flash). Then, press the NVR SYNC button for 4 seconds. Wait for the "matching code successfully" prompt. Verify that the NVR indicator light and IPC tail light are solid. Note: IPCs are pre-configured from the factory; pairing is usually only necessary if adding new cameras.

User Registration

Adding Devices to the System
Follow these steps to connect your cameras and NVR to the ZOSI Cloud app:
- Step 1: Power and Network Connection: Power on the IPC cameras and the NVR unit. Connect the NVR to your router using a network cable.
- Step 2: Mobile Device Connection: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same WiFi network as your router.
- Step 3: Launch and Login: Open the ZOSI Cloud app and log in to your account. Tap the "+" icon, usually located in the top right corner, to begin adding a device.
- Step 4: Add Device: You can add the device by scanning the QR code located on the NVR unit or by manually entering the device details (Cloud ID, Username, Password).
- Step 5: View Footage: Once the device is added, tap the channel number to connect to the camera or select "Playback" to view recorded footage remotely. The app interface allows viewing multiple camera feeds simultaneously and accessing playback controls.
