Installation Guide
- Fasten the screw in the rear with the small wrench.
- Download the Meross app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Connect the power cable and power the device up.
Set up the device
- Connect your smartphone or tablet to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- The smart device supports iOS 13/iPadOS 13 and later. For a better user experience, it is recommended to upgrade your iOS or iPadOS to the latest version before pairing.
- Launch the Meross app. Log in to your account or sign up for a new one.
- Tap the "+" icon to select the type of smart device you want to add, then follow the setup wizard to finish configuration.
- Relocation of the smart device does not require additional operations if it remains on the same network with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
NOTE:
- Once configuration is complete, you can manage the device in the Apple Home app.
- If the QR code does not work, try adding the device in the Apple Home app manually.

LED and Button Rules
A - LED Indicator
- Blinking 3 times: Configuration mode.
- Blinking smoothly from warm to white: Successfully connected.
B - Power Button
- Short press: Turn on/off the light.
- Hold for 5 seconds: Reset device [⚙️].
C - Slide Button
- Short press "+": Maximize brightness.
- Short press "-": Minimize brightness.
- Slide touch: Change brightness.
- Long press "+": Change to cooler temperature.
- Long press "-": Change to warmer temperature.

1. Voice Control
Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
Check how to pair Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant in the Meross app under Account -> Integration.
Amazon Alexa Commands:
- "Alexa, set the smart desk lamp warmer."
- "Alexa, dim smart desk lamp by 30%."
Google Assistant Commands:
- "Hey Google, brighten smart desk lamp."
- "Hey Google, set the smart desk lamp to cool white."
HomeKit Siri Commands:
- "Hey Siri, brighten smart desk lamp."
- "Hey Siri, set the smart desk lamp to cool white."
- "Hey Siri, dim smart desk lamp by 30%."
2. Widgets
Widgets provide quick access to your Meross devices and Scenes. To enable them, go to Account -> Widget in the Meross app to add shortcuts first, then follow the steps below on your smartphone.
For iPhones:
- Swipe to the right on your Home or Lock screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of your widget list and tap "Edit".
- Scroll down, find Meross, and add it.
For Android smartphones:
- On the home screen, tap and hold on an available space.
- Tap "Widgets", find the Meross widget, and add it.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- How do I reset my Meross Smart Desk Lamp?
Hold the power button for 5 seconds. The device will reset and enter Wi-Fi configuration mode. Note that a factory reset erases all custom settings, requiring you to set it up again.
- What should I do if my Meross app is unable to control the added Smart Desk Lamp?
Please check the following:
- Check your main Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Ensure the main Wi-Fi password has not been changed.
- Hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset and try adding it again.
- How do I pair my Meross devices with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant?
Visit the Account -> Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant page within the Meross app for pairing instructions.
- My Home app can't add the device by scanning the QR code.
You can tap "Don't Have a Code or Can't Scan" and input the code manually.
- I can't pair my device with HomeKit.
Please ensure your iOS device is connecting to the 2.4GHz band of your home Wi-Fi and that you are using iOS 13 or above. Restarting your iOS device may also help resolve system cache issues.
