Safety Information
- Do not install the plug with wet hands or when standing on wet or damp surfaces.
- Do not plug electrical appliances with a current of more than 10A to this plug.
- Do not soak the plug in water or spray water on it. Otherwise, it will be damaged.
- The outlets should remain capped with the included waterproof covers while not in use. Otherwise, the plug might be damaged by rain or dew.
Installation Guide
- Download the Meross app.
Scan the QR codes or search for 'Meross' in your app store. [Apple App Store icon] [Google Play icon] [Amazon Appstore icon]
- Plug MSS620 into an outlet near main Wi-Fi.

- Set up the device.
- Make sure your smart device is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Launch the Meross app and log in to your account, or if you are a new user, tap Sign up to create a new account.
- Tap the "+" icon to select the type of smart device you want to add, then you can just follow the setup wizard to finish configuration.
- Relocation of the smart device does not require additional operations provided that it remains on the same network with strong Wi-Fi signal.

Waterproof IP44

LED and Button Rules

Status LED
- Flashing rapidly (twice/sec): Initializing/Wi-Fi connecting/ No internet connection/ Resetting/ Firmware upgrading.
- Flashing slowly (once/sec): Configuration mode.
- Off: Successfully connected.
Socket 1/2
- Solid green: Plug is ON.
- Off: Plug is OFF.
Power Button
Press to turn both plugs ON or OFF. Press and hold (for 5 seconds) until Status LED flashes red rapidly to initiate factory reset process.
Link Meross to Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa
Set up the device in the Meross app and link to the voice assistants.

Go to Account-> Amazon Alexa and allow Meross to link with Alexa.

Go to Account-> Google Assistant and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the linking process.

FAQ
- What devices can I control with the Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Plug?
You can control lights, fans, humidifiers, portable heaters, and outdoor electric appliances in accordance with the MSS620's specifications (up to 10A output).
- What if I can't control the smart device with the Meross app?
You can troubleshoot the following:
- Check if your home Wi-Fi is working properly.
- Make sure that you have disabled access control in your router and that the smart device is not blocked by the router's firmware.
- Factory reset your smart device and try to add it again.
