User Manual and Precautions
Introduction
The Catch Alert Connect SuperCat device interacts via Bluetooth with the SWISSINNO app on your smartphone or tablet. This allows you to receive push notifications for any activity of the rodent trap.
Precautions & Important Information
- Carefully follow the use instructions for the rodent traps to avoid accidents or injuries.
- The Catch Alert device must be kept dry. It is rated IP42.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device. Batteries and the battery cover are small parts that could be swallowed by infants and children.
- Remove batteries when the device is not in use.
- Do not attempt to open the device or access its internal parts.
- Do not operate the device if it malfunctions, is dropped, or is damaged.
- Do not use the device in wet or damp areas, do not submerge it in water or other liquids.
- Keep the device away from heat sources like radiators, stoves, ovens, and fire.

How Your Product Operates
The rodent trap is placed on the device's platform. When the device senses that the trap has 'tripped', it sends a signal via Bluetooth to the smartphone or tablet.
Installation
- Download and install the SWISSINNO app from the Apple or Android app store (Android Version 11 and above).
- Start the SWISSINNO app on your smartphone or tablet. Accept Bluetooth connections and optional notifications.
- Open the battery compartment of the Connect SuperCat device and install 2x AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Hold the device close to your mobile phone or iPad for initial activation. The device will connect automatically with the SWISSINNO app, showing as "Connect SuperCat 1".
- The device is now connected and fully functional. You can change the device name in the settings menu if desired.
- Position the device under the mouse or rat trap as shown in the accompanying diagrams. If the device activates during this process, reset it via the app.
- The Connect SuperCat device will notify all connected phones and tablets of any catch activity. Keep the SWISSINNO app running to ensure continuous notifications. Adjust night mode settings to postpone noisy notifications during specific periods.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The device requires minimal maintenance. Replace batteries when indicated in the app. Clean the outside with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or chemical agents.
Disposal
Dispose of all parts appropriately and safely, in compliance with national regulations and local environmental standards. Do not dispose of this electrical product in regular household waste; take it to your local waste recycling centre or civic facility. Packaging materials (PET and paper) are recyclable.
2-Year Guarantee
The SWISSINNO Catch Alert Connect SuperCat is guaranteed against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by inappropriate use is not covered. SWISSINNO is not liable for consequential damages.
