Description of Appliance
Appliance Overview
The image displays the front of the SACO Montpellier MWBIC90029 microwave oven. It is labeled with five numbered indicators: 1 points to the Door & Viewing Window, 2 points to the LED Display Panel, 3 points to the Control Panel, 4 points to the Rotary Selector Knob, and 5 points to the Push Button Door Control.

Setting the Clock
- Press the clock timer button once to select the clock function. The hours will flash in the LED panel.
- Turn the rotary selector knob to select the correct hour.
- Press the clock timer button; the minutes will flash in the LED panel.
- Turn the rotary selector knob to select the correct minutes.
- Press the clock timer button to confirm the new time setting.
- Note: The clock will not work correctly unless set when the appliance is first connected to the power.
- Press stop/clear at any point to return to the previous status.
Microwave Cooking
- Press the microwave button; the LED will display P100.
- Press the same button or turn the rotary selector knob to select a power level: P100, P80, P50, P30, or P10.
- Press the start button and then use the rotary selector knob to select the required cooking time.
- Press the start button again to begin cooking.
- Press stop/clear at any time to end or cancel the cooking time.
Power Levels
- P100 = 100%
- P80 = 80%
- P50 = 50%
- P30 = 30%
- P10 = 10%
Grill or Combi Cooking
- Press the Grill/Combi key once; G-1 will display.
- Press the Grill/Combi key again to select the cooking mode (C-1, C-2, C-3, or C-4 will display).
- Press the start button to confirm the cooking mode.
- Turn the rotary knob to adjust the cooking time.
- Press the start button to start cooking.

Convection Cooking (with Pre-heat Function)
- Press the convection key once; 130 will flash.
- Keep pressing convection or turn the rotary knob to select the desired convection function.
- Note: The temperature can be chosen from 130 degrees to 220 degrees.
- Press the start button to confirm the temperature.
- Press the start button to start preheating. When the preheating temperature is reached, a buzzer will sound twice to remind you to put the food into the oven.
- Put the food into the oven and close the door. Turn the rotary knob to adjust the cooking time (maximum setting time is 95 minutes).
- Now press the start button to commence cooking.
Convection Cooking (without Pre-heat Function)
- Press the convection key once; 130 will flash.
- Keep pressing convection or turn the rotary knob to select the convection function.
- Note: The temperature can be chosen from 130 degrees to 220 degrees.
- Press the start button to confirm the temperature.
- Turn the rotary knob to adjust the cooking time (maximum setting time is 95 minutes).
- Now press the start button to commence cooking.
Quick Start
Press the start button to begin cooking with 100% power. Each additional press will increase the cooking time by 30 seconds, up to a maximum of 95 minutes.
