Control Panel
The control panel features the following indicators and buttons:
- Programme indicator light: Illuminates to show the selected washing programme.
- Programme key: Press to select a washing programme. Multiple presses cycle through different programmes.
- Salt and rinse aid warning light: Comes on when the softener or dispenser needs refilling.
- Delay start time: Displays the delay start time, water temperature, and error codes.
- Delay key: Press to set the delay start time. Each press advances the wash cycle start by 1 hour, up to 24 hours into the future.
- Power on light: Illuminates when the Power ON/OFF button is pressed.
- ON/OFF button: Turns the appliance power supply on and off.
Dishwasher Features
The dishwasher includes the following features:
- Spray arms
- Lower basket
- Water softener
- Main filter
- Detergent dispenser
- Adjustable cup and glass shelf
- Cutlery basket
- Coarse air filter
- Rinse aid dispenser
- Drain pipe connector
- Inlet pipe connector
The upper basket is adjustable.
Detergent
To open the detergent dispenser door, use the catch on its lower side.
Note:
- Always check the wash cycle table for dosage advice. Never overfill the dispenser.
- Do not overdose to prevent the formation of deposits; the water softening feature already takes care of this.
Loading the Dishwasher
Before loading:
- Remove all scraps of food.
- Empty drinks and liquids from cups.
- Soften burnt-on food in pans by soaking.
Do NOT put these items in your dishwasher:
- Saucepans with wooden handles.
- Plastic items that are not heat resistant.
- Wooden platters.
- Delicate, repaired, or paint pattern overlaid china.
- Items made from synthetic fibres (e.g., sponges).
Starting a Wash Cycle
Follow these steps to start a wash cycle:
- Load the dishwasher.
- Put in a dishwasher tablet.
- Press the "on/off" button; the "on/off" light will come on.
- Press the "P" key (programme key) to select the wash cycle.
- Close the door. The washing will start after approximately 10 seconds.
Note: When the dishwasher is turned on, the number "00" should show on the display.
The dishwasher can be programmed up to 24 hours in advance by pressing the delay button multiple times until the desired delay has been set. The Delay Timer key will set the start of the washing cycle by one hour into the future for every press. The Delay Timer key is represented by the button numbered "5".
