Condensation is a natural part of the dehumidification process. To ensure proper water disposal, always connect a drain hose before turning on the unit.

For models without a built-in pump, or when not using the pump function on pump-equipped models, follow the steps below to set up gravity drainage properly.

The drain hose has a 16mm inner diameter. For long-distance drainage, you can connect a garden hose (Not Included) to the drain port.

Step One: Locate the Gravity Drain Port.

Step Two: Connect the drain hose to the port and ensure it is securely tightened.

Step Three: Direct the other end of the hose into a container or floor drain.

Note:

  1. The hose should run smoothly downward, without bending or twisting, to prevent water leakage.
  2. As this manual covers multiple dehumidifier models with gravity drain ports positioned on different sides, the illustrations above are for reference only. Please locate the Gravity Drain Port on your unit and connect the drain hose properly.
  3. Use the included gravity drain hose to fully drain the dehumidifier before moving or lifting the unit to prevent water spillage.
