Safety Precautions
Before using this product, please read this User Manual carefully and keep it well.
- Keep the monitor away from water sources or damp places, such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and swimming pools.
- Make sure the monitor is placed on a flat surface. If the monitor falls, it may cause human injury or device damage.
- Store and use the monitor in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, and keep it away from emission and heat sources.
- Do not cover or block the vent hole in the rear casing, and do not use the product on a bed, sofa, blanket, or similar objects.
- The range of the supply voltage of the monitor is printed on the label on the rear casing. If it is impossible to determine the supply voltage, please consult the distributor or local power company.
- If the monitor will not be used for a long period, please cut off the power supply to avoid electric shock on rainy days and damage due to abnormal supply voltage.
- Please use a reliable grounded socket. Do not overload the socket, or it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not put foreign matters into the monitor, or it may cause short circuits resulting in fire or electric shock.
- Do not disassemble or repair this product by yourself to avoid electric shock. If faults occur, please contact the after-sales service directly.
- Do not pull or twist the power cable forcefully.
- There is a polarizer layer (not a protective film) on the surface of the screen. Do not peel it off, or the product may be damaged and the warranty will be invalid.
Installation of Base
Follow these steps to install the base:
- Attach the base to the stand.
- Secure the base with screws.
- Connect the stand to the monitor.
Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.
Wall-mounted Installation
For wall-mounted installation, ensure you follow the recommended procedures:
- Mounting the bracket to the wall.
- Attaching the monitor to the bracket.
Ensure the wall is suitable for the weight of the monitor and follow all safety guidelines.
Adjustment of Monitor
The monitor can be adjusted for optimal viewing:
- Vertical angle: -90° to +90°
- Tilting angle: -5° to +20°
- Rotation angle: -45° to +45°
- Height adjustment: 0-120mm
Adjust the monitor to your preferred position for comfort and clarity.
Cable Connection
Connect the necessary cables to the monitor:
- Power cable
- HDMI Cable
- DP Cable (optional)
- Type-C cable
- AUDIO
Ensure all cables are securely connected.
Language Selection
When booting for the first time, you need to set the default language of the monitor menu. Use the navigation buttons (▲▼) to select the desired language and press the OK button to confirm.

Description of Buttons
Familiarize yourself with the monitor's buttons:
- Menu button: Press to enter sub-menus or quickly enter the main menu.
- Down button: Press to move down in the menu or quickly adjust brightness.
- Up button: Press to move up in the menu or quickly adjust volume.
- Exit/hot key: Press to return to the previous menu or quickly switch input signals of the port.
- Power button: Press to turn on/off the monitor.
Explanation of Indicator Light
The indicator light provides status information:
- White light (normally on): Indicates the device is powered on and the monitor is running normally.
- Red light (normally on): Indicates no video signal detected, or low voltage. Ensure your computer is on and all video cables are properly connected.
