Power Operations
Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to power on/off.
Indicator light status: The indicator light flashes blue when powering on. The indicator light goes off when powering off.

Bluetooth Pairing with your Device
When the headset is powered off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash red and blue together with a sound prompt, entering pairing mode.
When the headset is powered on: Double-click the power button to enter pairing mode again. If a Bluetooth device is currently connected, it will disconnect the Bluetooth and enter pairing mode.
How to Reset if the Headset is Malfunctional
- Power on the headset.
- Press and hold the MFB button and the power button for 5 seconds to disconnect Bluetooth and enter pairing mode.
- When the indicator light flashes red and blue, the pairing settings will be cleared, and the reset is completed.

How to Activate ANC Mode Without Pairing
Follow these steps to activate Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) without pairing your phone:
- Power on the headset but do not pair it with your phone. (The indicator light flashes red and blue).
- Switch to the ANC mode. The indicator light will flash blue slowly after 5 minutes.
- Double-tap the power button to wake up the headset and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. (The indicator light flashes red and blue).
Disconnect and Reconnect
- After the headset is disconnected from the currently connected mobile phone, Bluetooth will automatically reconnect within 10 minutes if it remains within the effective connection range.
- If the headset is disconnected and returns to the effective connection range within 10-20 minutes, Bluetooth needs to be manually reconnected.
- If the headset is disconnected and returns to the effective connection range after 20 minutes, it will automatically shut down and requires restarting and reconnecting.
LED Indicator
- Pairing mode: The indicator flashes red and blue.
- Paired: The indicator light flashes blue slowly.
- Charging: The indicator light stays red.
- Charging finished: The indicator light stays blue.
- Bluetooth play status: The indicator light flashes blue slowly.
- Low battery level: The indicator light flashes red slowly.
Note: Switch EQ effects or customize button controls via the companion APP.
Care & Maintenance
Do not use any form of detergents or cleaning materials to clean the product, as any type of chemical may render the device unusable. Do not disassemble this product; it contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not drop or jump on it; handle it with care for optimal performance. Keep the product in a dry location. Dust, dirt, and moisture can accumulate on the product's body if stored in an unsuitable place. Do not dispose of this product in fire, as batteries may explode or leak.
Warranty Information
Your Tronsmart Apollo Q10 Headset is warranted to the original owner for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Tronsmart is not responsible for accidental use of this product, and its liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. If you encounter any problems while using the product, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@tronsmart.com.
